Don't bother going in the evening if you expect any type of customer service or for that matter employees anywhere. Oh and the checkout lanes are like a desert and you're looking for water. No open cashier checkout lanes just u scan whether you want to or not no choice even being disabled and needing help to scan etc. Ignored if you press attendant choice on screen. I am going to call headquarters on this store and my situation but I doubt it will help. In the mean time Google review will do. For a good laugh don't go to a stand up comedy club go to the Kroger on South Boulevard and Crooks!!
On a side note do not buy fish/seafood from the counter if you notice an odor!!! (Which is quite often or always with this store) It means the fish/seafood is going bad or already has and should not be even sold and in the counter at all. Unbeknownst to some people the seafood area should not have any smell/odor to it. I think this store's counter service areas are overdue for a health inspection.
Third attempt in one week to get Kroger Dr. K Zero. Shelf doesn't look like it's been touched. No product.
Only 1 cashier....literally....1!!!!!
I really thought I’d be the only one star being how badly I was looked down on at this store. I’m an instacart shopper and can literally end up anywhere despite the demographics. John was VERY rude to me, did not want to help me at the UScan and LAUGHED at me with another coworker about “racism” . . . . I would think with this place being in a suburban area I would deal with polite, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent people, however. JOHN, is an eye sore to the store & managnebt should be alert, as ALL people will NOT cry about it and talk to a manager like I did. 💕
The people there are rude and don’t care if you shop there or not. The produce section looks messy and they stock overpriced and spoiled looking items. Also, KROGER… get rid of your stupid digital coupon nonsense… old people can’t use this technology and you end up with either items left behind or overcharging seniors. Just close down already!!!
I wanna thank Jacob Matt& CINDY for always being there too assist AND take care of GUESTS !!TY WE SEE U 👋
Tried Kroger again 5/31/25. What a mistake. They didn’t make my daughters two cakes. When I got mad they called the police. They then “made it right” by making me this disaster and saying. “It’s free”. They ruined my daughter’s birthday and had me escorted out of Kroger. Don’t go here.
I usually love Kroger and their cakes. But when I picked up my child’s 1st birthday cake it was poorly done and looked a mess. I tried to not be upset about it but I paid 42 dollars for a cake that was so poorly made. The frosting wasn’t even. The picture wasn’t even in the middle of the cake. It was awful. At least it tasted good I guess
Really Wanted to give Kroger another try!!!
I recently visited Kroger hoping to pick up some flowers, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Arriving around 3:30PM, I found the selection quite limited, which was already a bit of a letdown.
Hoping to make the most of what was available, I asked the customer service representative if someone from the floral department could assist me with wrapping the flowers. To my surprise, there was no one available. I even offered to wrap the flowers myself if they provided the materials, but this was also denied. The representative said she would call someone, but at that point, I decided to just forget about it.
Overall, the lack of selection and the inability to get any assistance, even with a simple request like wrapping flowers myself, was extremely disappointing. It's frustrating when a store can't provide basic service, especially in a department known for its aesthetic appeal. I left and will likely consider other options for my floral needs in the future.
Extremely cramped aisles, rotten produce, employees and customers alike act like they're the only people in the store and the parking lot has been designed by the criminally insane, but the prices are slightly cheaper than Meijer.
the idiotic customer service person's delusionally saw me talking to apparently a worker when nobody was there when I walked up and then rudely told me they were closed even though she was helping someone I was just waiting to ask her if they were closed. Then she gave me attitude insisting I already talked to somebody when there was nobody there

AST mgr is rude and talks about customer to the entire company and Wende and Chelsea are the main people that are going around talking about customers
I want to be certain this review is for Kroger located South Blvd and Crooks.
It's clear Kroger management could care less about its customers. Time after time the meat/fish counter is not opened or not staffed. I was hoping that the broiler for the rotisserie chicken would have been repaired by now. However, after 3 days, still not fixed. Unbelievable. Now mind you, the majority of the staff are very nice despite being overwhelmed. On a Friday late afternoon only 2 lanes open with cashiers. ONLY 2!!!!
If it wasn't so convenient, I would go elsewhere. I've now realized going to this location is a crap shoot. You'll be lucky to get your items. Now a absolute PERFECT example is this. No whole milk, other than Kroger brand; no Gurnsey, no Horizon, no Fairlife. Nothing.
Kroger management should be ashamed.
Good bakery.
Chocolate Cake with Whippy Frosting is my favorite from Kroger!
Wine samples! Come on down!
