Atmosphere was nice and the plate dispenser was also a cool touch for being the only one in the area. However both myself and my wife got food poisoning I got parasites and have been in the hospital since Sunday morning, horrible that most of the food tastes so great and had a great server named Daniel but I can’t even get out of bed because of this, I eat sushi 3-6 ish times a month and have never had anything like this happen never go here unless your looking for someone where fun to get sick.

We frequent Kura because they’re always adding delicious new items to the menu and the rewards program is good! Try the spicy glazed Sakura bacon if you’re looking for something delicious! Plus the robot is so cool!

This is a really fun experience. We had not done the conveyor belt style sushi before and gave it a try on a whim. You can pick off the rotating belt or order what you specifically want and it comes out pretty fast. The sushi quality is average. Staff friendliness was above average. Be very careful, though - $3.99 a plate adds up really quick if you want to try very much. We spent $125 for two adults and a 5 year old. Sticker shock, but fun to do occasionally. We'll be back.

We truly love Kura sushi… so much that we even checked out the flagship location in Tokyo! We are regulars at the Troy location, and although it’s always a bit chassis we always have the greatest tune. Tonight we noticed huge improvement in service. Daniel was so attentive to our section and immediately available to help clean a spill, bring extra wasabi and anything else we needed. He also quickly cleared plates from our table, trash and even noticed the soy sauce was low and promptly refilled. The food was really great and we loved the Sakura bacon special.
Whatever has been changed, please keep it up! We just hit our 250 plates and want to keep it going.
I love sushi, but I've never been here so decided to give it a try and it was really interesting. Ive never seen a conveyor belt restaurant. My girlfriend and I came here and were seated right away. This place is not hard to figure out and they have instructions if you have trouble. The sushi itself was average, we had more than a few different plates from the rotation. All in all the food was good but not out of this world..... but the atmosphere was fun and different. If you like sushi and wanna try something that you've never seen give this place a try at least once.

Always a unique and enjoyable experience! You’re not getting the best value for prices to the quality of the sushi (it’s like $3.50 a plate or so, some better value than others), but you’re paying for the fun genuine imported gatcha/machines and conveyor experience. Anytime I have people visit I take them here and they enjoy it!
They also have collabs every now and then with unique nice merch, I have some anime hand towels/chopsticks/etc from here that are awesome. Their hot house sake is nice too and pairs well with their meal.
They recently upped variety a lot, it’s a great place to try a bunch of different fish without getting full orders. Also recommend the inari, personal fave for me. They have some desserts ramen and hand rolls and such you can order separate from the conveyor.
