Placed an order for pizza at 6:18 this evening and did not receive our pizza until 8:15. TWO HOURS. For pizza. The food itself was decent, but this is the third time this has happened across multiple locations and I may never order Little Ceasar’s again.

Avoid this location at all costs. Unfortunately this is the closest store to us, so if we need it delivered, it comes from this store. (We prefer the Livernois location) We ordered our pizza tonight at 6 pm. We had a dasher cancel at 6:45. So it sat for a while as we waited for another dasher. I called their customer service line at 7:05 and spoke to someone who was probably in a different country. I told them we hadn’t received the pizza yet and asked if I could cancel. He said we could, but since they are already preparing it, I would not be reimbursed. So I asked if I could just go get it and he said yes, and then said to call back to be compensated. So I went to go pick it up. The lobby was full of customers waiting. I waited at the counter for ten minutes before someone came to ask us our name. Our pizza was barely warm. I got home and called customer service and was told (by a different person who is not in our country) they could not reimburse my order because the order was completed. What the heck. I finally sat down to eat my mid pizza at 7:45. Ridiculous. I hate this location and will never order delivery from Little Ceasars again. Bet. Not how you treat customers. I should have at least been reimbursed for my tip!

Despite ordering via app, and being informed food was ready, still waited while workers stayed in kitchen areas (avoiding growing crowd of customers) ready food was not put into Portal instead just left to cool on side tables. Several other customers had similar issues as it was difficult to get workers' attention to check on orders.

Ordered 8 pizzas and breadsticks for an event for children. Doordash was waiting, and the time kept getting later and later. An hour and 50 minutes later, they canceled my order! They said they only had one cook. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION!!

Their breadsticks tend to be raw and they close at random times of the day. Not sure why, but three times already that the door is locked and employees are inside ignoring customers outside.

This is a sad store. I have been here approximately 20 times over the last 2 years and have never gotten a hot and ready pizza that was already ready. Why advertise something if it isn't true? I keep trying because my daughter loves the breadsticks but this is terrible. Where is the owner? Do you ever check on your store?

Normal Little Caesars food but the staff was horrendous. The cashier didn't know how to change the receipt paper. The wait times are absolutely out of this world. I waited 40 minutes for food. I called in and waited for to even go up there the cashier again. Didn't know how to ask for change and gave the guy in front of me. $6 in quarters back as change

Call in 2:40PM to place a three hot and ready pizza the guy picked the phone up he said I have 4 them ready he said come pay for them before he hangs up the phone he said I’m not holding shit and hand up on my face worst customer service and and spot to get pizza from
I was in this pizzeria today and it left an extremely bad impression. It's not enough that the employee who counts the money prepares the pizza with the same dirty hands, they also rudely laugh at you for not understanding English well. After waiting AN HOUR for my order (and there were people who waited even longer), I asked for a refund, to which they rudely laughed at me and gave me the money back and didn't even say SORRY. The people who were standing with me told the people who came in not to come in because they would wait an hour for their order and people turned around and left. Therefore, if you want your pizzeria to work, educate your rude employees. And I categorically do not recommend this establishment. I ate the pizza... I wasted an hour of my time and nerves. And I didn't hear SORRY...

By far the worst experience I’ve EVER had at little Caesars. I came here 2/22/25. First thing’s first: there was 1 younger guy, 1 older guy, and a lady with blonde hair leaving when I arrived. I had called and placed the order around 7:00pm, I went to go and get it at 7:15. Not only was my order not ready, my name wasn’t even in the system. The older guy and I went back and forth. He was nice enough but later in this situation the two guys were talking s*** in the back. Keep in mind, I had gotten there no later than 7:20. I wasn’t helped for at least another 10 mins. The guy finally got to me, and that’s when we went back and forth. We had ordered a cheese hot & ready and a round pizza with sausage, cheese and bacon, along with 2 orders of breadsticks. There had been multiple people who came in, ordered and got their food well before I did. I was waiting for 30 minutes (on top of the 15-20 I already waited). When I saw that it was almost 8 I went and asked what was going on, visibly frustrated. I finally received my order at 8:30. the sausage, bacon, and cheese was fine. But the 2 orders of breadsticks could have been used as weapons. Finally, my simple cheese hot and ready was given to me as a pepperoni hot and ready. You have to be kidding me… I waited over an hour for my whole order to be messed up. But that’s not the kicker… I try to call them and I get routed to a call center, the call center didn’t do anything besides try to transfer me to this location. It must have taken another 40 mins on the phone between getting transferred from the call center and this location only to once again, not be helped. The guys in there were even saying how the lady jumped ship and it was crappy of her to let them go on their own… these guys tried it wasn’t necessarily their fault, but they could have helped me more and definitely should have gotten my order right. I will be coming in to talk to a manger. I wish I could show Yall how loud and how hard this bread is but it doesn’t let me add videos.
