It took me a few days to write this, I feel like I had to. My son and I came in on the 25th. The restaurant had very few tables sat. As we walked in, one of the team members was changing her shoes right at the host stand (ew). When the host started to sit us at a table, she noticed that it was dirty and sat us at the next table. She plunked the silverware down and walked away without a word. I checked the table and saw that this table was also dirty. I picked up the silverware and stood next to the table as I was not going to sit at a dirty table. I stood there for several minutes and finally a server approached me and asked if anything was wrong. I informed him that the table needed to be wiped down. He walked into a back section and I assumed he was telling the host to clean the table. After several more minutes, I spotted her dancing around the room eating french fries. My son and I were ready to walk out, but I figured that the manager should know what was going on. I asked to speak to one and informed him of the issues that we had and why we were leaving. He told us that he would make it up to us and walked us to another table. As he set the menu down, I put my hand on the table and realized that it was greasy and dusty. I should have walked out right there. I'm still kicking myself for not. I showed him that the table was dirty and he wiped it down. My son ordered the chicken fingers and a Dr Pepper. I ordered a ribeye. The manager walked over after we ordered and asked halfheartedly if we wanted any appetizers. Since I'm on keto, I declined. Our food came and the ranch my son asked for with his order didn't come out. No big deal. The food runner brought him one. I had the Ribeye, mushroom skewer and veggie skewer. They were all so salty that they were barely edible. At this point, I felt like I had complained so much that it was pointless to complain about the food. We were offered dessert but declined, (Again, keto.) The server didn't charge my son for his soda. So much for "making it up to us". I tried to eat my leftovers yesterday but ended up throwing them away because they were so salty. I used to like this place. We won't be back.

Walking into the restaurant you could tell it wasn't busy and no one was waiting but it took 10 min to seat 4 people. Another 5-10 min to be greeted and we all ordered water and 2 guys ordered bottled beer the waiter brought the waters and then asked again what the beers were. when he dropped off the beers we ordered an appetizer and then needed a few more minutes with the menu when he came back we ordered our meals and the other couple ordered an appetizer. Still no rolls and then about 20 min later someone who could have been a manager dropped off the other couples appetizer but not ours and we ordered it before. I asked him for rolls and he brought those and then about 5-10 min he brought our appetizer. I think got my wedge salad which looked really bad with barely any toppings and old lettuce and it was a traditional wedge salad. We then got our food and one person was missing her broccoli and my steak was over cooked and the veggie skewer did not look appetizing. The waiter never checked on us, we had to stop him because we were out of water and the men wanted another bottled beer which took another 20 min. We had to ask him to take dirty plates off the table and looking around us there were 3 other dirty tables that had been empty since we got there. The restaurant just looked gross and unkept and the service was horrendous, really wished a manager would have table touched and asked us how it was so we could have complained. Never going back to that Logan's which is sad because i love Logan's and that's close to my house.

Checked in shortly after 7:45 pm and told it would be a short wait to be seated. Had a party of 15, party of 3, party of 4 and several parties of 2 check in after us and seated before us. The party of 15 offered to let us join them. At 8:15 i asked why we had not been seated yet. I had to point out my name on a page they put at the bottom of their pile. Left to go eat somewhere else for the evening.

I normally don’t take time out my day to do business reviews, but this may be helpful and informative to others so I’m doing one for this location. First let me say, I would give this location 0 stars if that were an option. The customer service is beyond terrible, and almost makes me wonder if management even trains employees in this area. I tend to place online carry out orders just so that my food can be ready upon my arrival. In the 4 times I’ve done so for this location, it has not been ready one time. They’ll give you a time that your order will be ready for pickup. I never leave out early or get there early, because I live all of 5 minutes away. I intentionally wait an additional 10-15 minutes after the time that they give me before I head to the restaurant, only to get there and still have to wait typically another 15 or more minutes for my food to be ready. On top of my food never being ready when I get there, I’m usually always left standing at the door awkwardly waiting for someone to simply acknowledge me. Several employees will walk right by you, look you in the eyes and not say a damn thing. They’ll just go on about their business. It’s usually a host who’ll eventually come to the front (where they should already be standing when customers walk in) and greet me, but once I say I’m there to pick up an online order and not waiting to be seated, I have to wait even longer for whoever is working to-go orders to come out and do their job. The host never even makes a point to go get that person. The only reason they’ve gotten my business 4 times is because I do enjoy the food that LOGAN’S, not just this particular location, has to offer, and there aren’t many locations around. At this point, I will have to do w/o Logan’s unless I’m in the area of another location, as I will never patronize this location again. I would strongly advise anyone reading this to not waste your time going here either. Also for the representative of the company who may or may not comment on this, advising me to contact you all, SAVE IT! Put that energy into actually observing the aforementioned problems first-hand and reporting the service issues in this restaurant, so that it’s eventually fixed. The Troy location is a poor reflection of the company.

We go here fairly often for the good food reasonably priced. Today I had the prime rib for the first time and it was excellent. Janine gave us excellent service also.

We were seated only to be ignored. No one said hello. Two waiters and two waitresses looked at us. Still no be with you in a moment. Tried to get their attention still no reply. Got up to leave still was ignored. Place use to have great service, not anymore. Won't be going back very disappointed.

Roaches in the actual hostess stand!! We decided to come back here last night just because everywhere else had a crazy wait on a Saturday night without a reservation. We checked in at the hostess stand and was told it would be a 15 minute wait so we gave her our name. A minute later there was another waiting customer standing beside me staring a whole into the hostess stand. We asked him what he was looking at and he replied, "there's a roach in there..." pointing to the broken edge of the top left corner (facing the exit) of the hostess stand. I looked at him like he was crazy but then he turned the flash light of his cellphone right on it. It only took a few seconds to see the long antenna moving about before they came into focus. I immediately removed my name from the waitlist and pointed it out to hostess who had been watching us stare at her stand. I only wish I would have more snapped a photo or video of it but I couldn't get out of there fast enough...will never be back!

Could be so much better. Slow service, the bar is slow the kitchen is slow. Wife ordered steak medium it was rare. Sent it back and came out great 20 minutes later. She watched me eat then I watched her eat. I had the Steak, grilled shrimp and rice. Steak and shrimp were good. Rice was dry and barely any on the plate. Served it on a big oval plate with 6oz. steak some shrimp and a little rice. Presentation was terrible with mostly plate showing and food looking lost on it. Could of threw more rice on there to make it look good. I'd be embarrassed to take the plate to a guest. Longhorns and Texas Roadhouse is so much better. Get it together Logan's management.

Best chicken I have ever had. The employees are super friendly and are there when you need them. The rolls are of course amazing and always have been. Their desserts are very good. The scenery is beautiful and very well decorated.

My boyfriend and I decided to try Logans for the first time and for the last time! After being seated we waited for a server. We ordered one beer each. It took another 15 min to get our beers brought to us which were completely flat and disgusting . We sent them back and waited another 10 min to get 2 bottles of beer . My boyfriend ordered shrimp - nothing else and I ordered the Cedar plank Salmon. It took our food 1/2 hour to arrive. We had a perfect view of the kitchen and all we saw was people goofing off which explains the poor service. The 7 or 8 pieces of shrimp came out with a dinky side of sauce- basically just tossed on a plate. My salmon came with a blob of mashed potatoes that had no seasoning or nothing- gross. The salmon was decent. The manager did give us 1/2 off our bill, but we will never ever step foot in this place again.

Look it if you are looking for a good place to get a steak or a place to get good service don’t go here. This is by far my worst experience in a restaurant. I wish I could give it “0” stars. My wife and I are staying near by for a few months while are baby is recovering for being born prematurely. We spend a lot of money on eating out. We go to a lot of different places so we know no one is going to be perfect, but this place service is horrible and when you go talk with a manager about your experience it’s even worse. Way to make your customer feel like your business is unwanted. I will not have any problem traveling to get a better steak and better service! You lost my business for good. Going by the prices you charge and we always give 20% and how many times we eat out in a week. You probably lost $180 ish dollars a week and this doesn’t even cover tip. Plus this doesn’t even count are family who come down to visit us. Bad service from the top to the bottom!!! I should have looked at the reviews before going.

The food want that great. We didn't eat all the steak or the chicken and rice dish. Meat was tough. They had no honey mustard or ice cream.

Steak was hot and juicy. Got a 12 oz ribeye Medium-well, peanuts were also good and full. Would reccomend, great steakhouse.

We had dinner here and not good doesn't begin to cover it. The burgers took forever to be made and the medium ended up charred. Our server was very nice and apologetic but the remake again took forever to be made and by that time my guest was finished so took mine home. No manager came by and the host at the door was beyond rude! Think twice before choosing Logan's
