My husband and I went to dinner and both ordered the 12oz ribeye. When we got them we noticed there was SO much seasoning on them, to the point all you could taste was spice instead of the steak. The waitress was very kind and sent them back, I asked that they only be seasoned with salt to avoid any issues with seasoning. When the new steaks came out they were covered with seasoning again and the steaks were undercooked, we asked for medium rare, they were nearly purple inside. Mine was rare on one end and medium well on the other. We cut our losses and dealt with it to avoid a third round of disappointment. I’ve never had any issues like this at the location in Lake Orion but tread carefully here.

A 25 minute wait for slow service. We finally got seated and still sat there for awhile. Clean bathrooms but no paper towels. My side salad of garden weeds with very light dressing was mostly edible. My burger was great but the bun looked like a burned English muffin. The bread and butter we had while waiting was the highlight of the meal. My partner had what looked like a hair in his fries and asked for replacement fries, which they brought on a small plate instead of at least giving him a new big plate of fries, moving the burger, and removing the old plate. I think we might have been better off at Sonic, on the next block over. We were disappointed overall.
