We have been to Maggiano's many times and the reason we keep going back is the good food, great service and beautiful atmosphere. However, last night our server , Diana, was not great. She kept rushing us to order. We got there at 8 pm and by 0915 pm she had brought us boxes for our dinner. She kept coming to our table and asking us to order and we felt rushed. This has not been an issues at this place before. We usually stay 2-3 hours every-time we go to Maggiano's. Moving forward, we will request not to be seated in her section
Great service and the pasta really hit the spot! Thank you Diane for taking care of us this day.
Diamond was amazing and the food will feed us for days 😆 we had the family style and it was great!!

Matthew our server was great. My wife and I were first timers. Food was really good. Only suggestion link Italian sausage and hot peppers some tells me a place like this would knock that dish outta the park. We will be back.

The quality of the food is good, which is to be expected given the high prices.
We sat at a round table with rounded edges, which was quite annoying because the plates either tipped over or were just a little too far away....

Had dinner with friends on 11-09-2025. Food was excellent. We had the family meal enough food to feed a small army and leftovers for all at a great price. Our server was amazing.

Service was great. Our server was very nice and attentive. Meal was paced perfectly. My only criticisms are is that freshly grated Parmesan for entrees, and fresh cracked pepper offered for salad, no soup offered is insane and turn up the lights just tad. For a noon reservation the atmosphere felt sleepy. I would go back.

Maggiano's Troy at 4:30 pm on Saturday, Nov. 8th: PIcked up significant carryout, no dark bread, no butter, no parmesan cheese in bags handed to me. No good. Quite a ruination of a pretty expensive meal

We had a group of 10 (plus a baby) for a joint birthday celebration for my parents. The family style option worked perfectly as it offered a variety of dishes for us to share. And we had a ton of leftovers to bring home! Only 4 stars for atmosphere as we were seated in the most crowded section. I'm not sure if the less empty section was not being used, but it would have been nice to have been seated in a less crowded section, since we were a large group and we were a bit loud. But overall we had a wonderful experience. We also wanted to send a shout out to the servers and staff who gave us excellent service. Most of all to our server Matt who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Thanks Matt!

Corporate really messed up a good thing with Maggiano’s
The appetizers and food came out hot and was delicious. We were disappointed they ended the buy one take one home pasta special, but other than that dinner was still enjoyable.
Service was excellent, or food order was of only because the menu didn't disclose that adding Italian meant to the sauce, not on the side, and my wife and I were splitting a meal and she does not like Italian sausage. Hard to navigate with ask the tables and people too, we were in the back.
