Was in on 2/6/24 at around 3:30. Ordered at front per usual. Went to be seated and every table was disgusting dirty. No other customers in the restaurant. Literally 0. Already paid and so wiped off table . Was served burned/black crust Flatbread. Inedible. Asked to have it taken off bill and were double charged instead ! I loved this place, but it seems like there is lack of management or quality control now? Chef let black crust leave the kitchen? We won't be back and will be sure to tell others as well.

Usually we love going to this place and it’s usually great service but today we had horrible experience. First when we walked in the man on the register taking our order was so rude and dismissive when we tried to substitute some thing on our plate. Which we have done many times before in the restaurant, so before asking one of of co workers he tried rudely dismissing us, then one of the co workers allowed us to do the replacement, since we do it all the time. Then he made a mistake and only put down one order of what we got when we clearly said we wanted two. Then when we told them we wanted two it took twice as long for them to bring the second dish. When they did bring it the server dropped it off and walked away immediately pretending not to see that the dish was completely burned, like actually black, we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it but it was horrible. We asked for a refund because we didn’t went to wait even longer. Then at first they said we couldn’t refund you tip, for burnt food i have to tip you guys? Really bad experience and it made us so sad because it’s usually really good.

Very good dinner yesterday evening..delicious ravioli and the kids loved their cheeseburgers and salads! Friendly and prompt service in a well appointed, clean dining room with a nice outside view. Quiet and chill setting for a relaxed dinner. Prices are reasonable. Will repeat and definitely recommended! ?Kid-friendliness: Kids loved their burgers and Mac n Cheese.

Fast service you order then you find a seat and bring your food to you. The clam chowder really tasty. All the specials they offer always different and very flavorful. Nice and quiet and great service. Cookies to go are delicious.

I frequently get carryout food from this café, 4 plus times a month. My favorite is the clam chowder. Today, I ordered the clam chowder bowl with a sandwich to go. Upon arrival, they alerted me that there wasn't anymore bread that comes with chowder bowl. I was disappointed but knew the chowder would be just fine with my sandwich. When I arrived at home I stirred the chowder up to find it very watery and literally without potatoes and clams. It smelled like onion soup. I will reach out to the establishment tomorrow. I understand it was 30 minutes before closing when I got my food but I would have accepted that there wasn't anymore soup for the day.

I love this hidden gem inside the Nordstrom. The people there are friendly. The bruschetta was tasty and fresh and their sandwiches are delicious

First timer over here and wowwwww! I think they have the best salad that I ever had in my entire life. I got the tomato soup and the cilantro lime salad with filet strips. Completely out of this world, filled with flavor and zest!

Four friends met for lunch and we liked that it wasn't packed so we were able to linger. Food and drinks and staff were great!

Sunday June 6th was not a good day at this cafe. Myself and three others waited inline for twenty minutes, with one woman in front of us. Since seating is 50%, we understood that. We were also repeatedly told we would not be seated unless we had a mask on, we had our masks. We received paper menus and decided what we were going to have. All of us dine at Nordstroms around the country on a regular basis. The cashier was finally able to take our orders, I also ordered a glass of wine. I am 75 years old! She was approximately the same age. She was not joking, I had to show her my id. We then requested she ring each order separetly. She said No! " We don't do that here, If you're going to set together, we have to ring together." All four of us requested again. She said No! At that point we requested to speak with a manager. The manager came to the line from behind the counter (she was not wearing a mask) and she was rude. Told us we don't ring up separetly if you're going to set together. She did not address the fact that this 75 year old had to show id for a glass of wine. Sensing that this luncheon was going down hill quickly we left and had a lovely lunch at the Capital Grill. We all understand times are difficult. I happen to be an RN and know first hand how difficult this last year has been. But this situation could have been quickly diffused with some kindness and respect for the customer.

The vegetarian beyond burger was delicious. Tasty and thick meatless patty. Fries could be a little crispier.
