Apparently a 6pc McNuggets only has 5 nuggets in it. And a plain HAMBURGER (not cheeseburger mind you) comes with cheese. I would rate this 0/5 if I could. Do better.

Get the $5 dollar meal and the guy says it comes with a extra small pop, not small when though that's what's advertised and any other McDonald's has given me a small. Even says it in the app. Asked for manager and he claims he is a manager. On my lunch and didn't have the time so I just took it and left. Food was not very fresh either.

This place is terrible I went there to get me and my coworker some lunch, I used the kiosk and once my order was placed it took 20 minutes. I never received cups and keep asking the ladies in the back and they continued to ignore me. A man who ordered after me ask them for something and they got it instantly. Once I finally had my cups they gave me no cup holder and i had 3 drinks they through all the food in one bag and all the fries were turned over.

Worst McDonald's in the state of Michigan. Tonight proved it. You can see i highlighted the military time up top which translates to 10:30PM, and I'm within 200ft of the store. I also highlighted that they don't close until 11pm which means they serve until that time. So why was I directly lied to when I came through and told there were closed? I even said that according to their front door, the drive thru window and online all show they are open till 11. I know management would love to hear i was not the only person turned away. And there was no indication they were closed as the open sign, the big sign out front with the Arches, lights inside and both drivethroughs completely lit up and open too. Lazy people. Lazy lying people, but lazy and lying is par for the course in this messed up inhumane state.

I was here at 8am and was pretty much told I was a liar because there receipts at the Kiask don’t print and that I never paid for my order I showed her my online transaction the date etc she told me the kiask didn’t go through SHE DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME she ignored me even took a phone call of a friend I waited awkwardly for 45 min I had to catch my bus the staff here are terrible this was a terrible morning and congratulations this is the only review I’ve ever left on anything

I love a Macs but unfortunately this is one of those I'd avoid. Definitely needs an update and refresh.

First time coming to this McDonald's. And my last the lady taking the money. She didn't even look like she wanted to be there. Quite rude. To be honest here and then the person that handed you the product. She was a little better but just the same they what Come across like they are rude and stuck up. I don't think a customer this being. My first time should have to experience that. Because at this point the first time is now my last time.

I ordered coffee from mobile app and the supervisor on the afternoon duty on 11-10-24 @ 4:15pm hand over me the coffee while busy on her phone all the time through drive through. The coffee was cold and when I came back to the restaurant, told her that she gave me a cold coffee, she went back to check the coffee and came back with a clueless face and said nothing nor apologized me. She was waiting for me to just take the same coffee cup rather she makes fresh. I said give me a fresh one and she started saying why I’m shouting at her. I told her that customer comes first and it doesn’t matter if you were on the phone with your area manager or somebody else. She was adamant that I was wrong and she did nothing wrong. It was totally unprofessional and rude behavior. Even her crew noticed and one of the guy made the coffee and apologized even though it was the duty supervisor who knows nothing about customer ship and how to handle the situation. Simply pathetic.

They gave me the correct order, but the Mcpollo oil was already very burnt, the potatoes without salt, the place has a very unpleasant smell, it looked clean but it smelled really bad and the service was terrible, the kiosk does not give tickets and the employees do not They don't even care, they don't even take the minutes to serve you or be friendly, they just push the order, the worst McDonald's

They were closed but some goofy employees thought it would be funny to talk on the intercom ask about using rewards then not reply when I spoke. I bet you all didn’t count on me leaving a review? This happened 9/14/23 around 11:20 p.m. it sounded like a woman on the intercom.
