3:30 a.m. I just finished a 14 hour shift and am starving. I drive by and notice lights on and cars in the parking lot. Get to the window and am told that it’s DoorDash only. How is that a thing when I’m a paying customer, you have employees working, and all the equipment is on? Why even be open at all? Thanks for nothing.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the establishment was concerning. There were cigarette butts littered in the entryway, napkins scattered on the floor, and the floors themselves looked like they hadn’t been swept in quite some time. It gave the impression that cleanliness is not a priority here.
To make matters worse, when I ordered coffee, it came with visible coffee grounds floating in it. The employee who served it clearly saw the issue but still handed me the cup. Since my order was to-go, I didn’t realize this until it was too late.
On a positive note, the apple pies and the frappe I ordered were good, which salvaged the visit slightly. However, the overall experience left much to be desired. Cleanliness and quality control need serious attention at this location.

Every time I go here early in the morning I have the worst customer service. This is the worst McDonald’s in the area by far. Food is cold and never good quality.
Never again at this location. Second time in a couple of weeks and the wait at the drive thru was agonizing. Both times the lady asked me what my order was at the pick up window. I'm sorry, isn't it your job to know what I ordered?
