This location is complete trash to put it lightly. Extremely slow drive thru, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, the girl behind the counter handed it off and was extremely rude for no reason. I opened the bag when I got home which was only 5 min drive to find that both burgers were cold, missing condiments, completely dry and looked ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I wouldn't even feed it to a dog much less a person, I immediately threw both sandwiches out. GARBAGE SERVICE, GARBAGE FOOD AND OVERALL GARBAGE EXPERIENCE..This place should be investigated by health department because God knows how many health violations they have, especially when hiring incompetent, rude and miserable employees that could care less about the wellbeing of their customers.

Went there at midnight with some friends, 3 burgers 3 fries and the worker only gave 2 sauces, I asked for more and I would pay for more she then told me no and walked away…. Absolutely the worst customer service I was surprised that they even have someone who can’t communicate even working at night

Mobile order. Lady with strong accent says she doesn’t have my order but keeps accepting the order when DoorDash send it to their store. For 2 hours different door-dashers have been coming and she tells them that. Needs to be fired!
2nd night in a row going there because google says it’s 24 hours that it’s not open. All of the lights are on, the automated greeting goes off when you drive by the drive thru menu. No one’s there.

Had a mobile order, called out my order with my name. This occurred at ~12:45am oct 25, 2025. Lady on the drive thru told me she could not find the order, I asked her to wait so I could re order my food via mobile order. She was impatient and escalated the issue telling me I responded to an answering machine when I told her my code. I asked her to wait as I was re ordering the food via McDonald’s app. She responded with a threat to call the police. Worst service possible. Incredibly unprofessional. I left to go to the McDonald’s at 16 and mound

3:30 a.m. I just finished a 14 hour shift and am starving. I drive by and notice lights on and cars in the parking lot. Get to the window and am told that it’s DoorDash only. How is that a thing when I’m a paying customer, you have employees working, and all the equipment is on? Why even be open at all? Thanks for nothing.
