We ordered large fries, and we got a very small amount of fries barely filling in half way of the box. I asked them why he put very less fries in there, and he responded with “that’s the normal/usual amount”

This is the first McDonald’s I have been to that refused to allow me to add Oreo to my frappe. Every single other location will add it and charge me. Today, they rang it up with the Oreo in it, then said, “never mind, we don’t do that” I let him know they always help me out and charge me and he said “we don’t do that anymore.” Well, got to the window and he rang up the frappe wrong anyway. So after they remade my frappe in the correct flavor, the kid behind my server asked if I wanted the mocha, as a courtesy and I said sure. Then the kid at the window said “no” and waved me on. I don’t get upset anymore, I’ve worked fast food before, as recently as this year, so I get it. But when a customer is being polite, they deserve to be treated nicely and that’s not the experience I had here. I hate that this location is so close to my gf’s house but I pass another I’ll start using instead, I suggest you do too.Bottom line: McDonald’s food isn’t good to begin with, literally the only thing they can do to make a good impression and they bungle that badly at this location

I spent $8.52 on high-c drinks. The drinks tasted like high-c and soap. I applaud you on cleaning machines, but you also need to rinse them well. That is a lot of money to spend on just drinks.
