Lady who gave me my food was very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. I went today around lunch time between the hours of 12:50pm-1:15. The young lady who took my order was very nice and pleasant I was very pleased with her customer service. The lady who gave me my order needs some training on customer service and could learn something from the young lady who took my order at the first window. By the time I got to the second window to pick up my food the whole experience declined, I asked for and extra bag and she rolled her eyes. Didn’t speak, didn’t say have a nice day, or you’re welcome when I said thank you. I felt the bad energy as soon as I pulled up and she opened the window to hand me my drinks

I normally do not leave reviews but it’s the first time that an employee at McDonald’s gives us one of the best customer service! Emery has a great sense of humor! That guy definitely deserves a raise! Made me and my little sisters laugh! Thank you for brightening up our day!
Visited 12/28/24 9:10 am. Huge shoutout to the people on shift. Had a good experience off rip. I made a mistake in my order and when I apologized the young man taking my order said more than just “it’s okay” so that means a lot. Food was delicious, hot, and my order was correct. It was probably 2 mins between ordering and eating. 👏
