I ordered two build your own pizzas and they were customized completely different, one had pork and didn’t. When I received my pizzas they were both all wrong. All of the customizations and toppings that I ordered on one pizza was on both, including pork making one of my pizzas inedible because I don’t eat pork. Mind you I spent $40

Ordered a pizza with LIGHT balsamic glaze and they drenched my pizza in it. When I said something about it they pointed me it that I “put it in the notes”. What’s the point of having notes for the order if you refuse to read them then blame the customer for your mistake. If he had a clue he would know how strong of a flavor balsamic is and that he completely ruined my pizza, so YES I wanted you to make it over. I don’t think customer service is your strong suit Mr. Red Tipped Dreds.

Completely clueless. I stood at the counter for at least 5 mins as they proceeded to press dough, turn their back and talk to each other, moving slooowww and then made 5 pizzas in front of me for a mobile order without even greeting or acknowledging my presence to inform me they would be right with me or get something at least started. It’s not only rude but there were people behind me also annoyed. Train your staff! Other locations it’s never been like that. Won’t be back.

Extremely disappointed with both the food safety and customer service during our recent visit. We found a blonde hair baked into the cheese of our pizza - concerning enough that this was meant for our 4-year-old daughter, but the response from staff made the experience even worse. When shown the hair (which was so embedded you could lift the pizza by it), the employee first denied responsibility, then offered to remake it without any apology.
The replacement pizza was placed directly on the counter without any paper or plate. When I raised food safety concerns, the employee dismissively said they'd "wiped the counter clean." Throughout the entire interaction, the service was unprofessional - being ignored at the counter, receiving dismissive responses, and no sign of genuine concern for the situation. Attempts to reach management were futile as the provided supervisor's number just rang back to the store itself.

Terrible incompetent manager Gary scolded me for using a coupon this store issued me during last Christmas. I bought $100 of gift cards and got 2 coupons for $5 mod pizza as a reward for buying gift cards at this Troy location. I used one coupon few months ago. Now using the second coupon today they said they've never seen it, they won't honor it, and refuse to tell me when it expired. The coupon says "2024 bonus" and no expiry date. Manager couldn't care less. Gary treated a loyal customer terribly and I will never return to Mod!!

Ordered a Caesar salad. The lady making it didn't even know the ingredients in a simple Caesar salad. And the ingredients were soggy and not fresh. The caeser dressing was something like I've never tasted. It didn't even taste like mayo. Disgusting.
