Paid $60 for a Unicorn birthday cookie only to receive an undercooked gooey cookie.. Called the store and learned the cookie cakes are sent frozen to the stores and sometimes you get a bad one. They suggested we leave it out a couple days to firm up! Save your money. Mrs. Fields is no longer the gold standard.

I asked if they had any gluten free options, and then was told i couldn’t read because they have a sign of the ingredients it MAY contain. I simple “no” would have been respect for and a proper response. There was no one to help and the overall service is just poor.

Terrible service a guy behind the counter told my mom the cookie slice was $10 but when she went to give him a ten dollar bill without a tip he said I’m going to charge you $11 so he can add on his own tip ripping off my mom this is terrible service it’s not the money it’s the principal there no respect the employees must not be getting paid right or they just don’t have respect!

I’ve never had mrs fields before but every time I go to the mall I see the same staff members working hard and being friendly to their customers. I went today and finally tried one of their smoothies and it was amazing! George helped me out with a recommendation on which one to get that would taste the best and he was so funny and sweet! I will definitely come back again.
