I’ve never had mrs fields before but every time I go to the mall I see the same staff members working hard and being friendly to their customers. I went today and finally tried one of their smoothies and it was amazing! George helped me out with a recommendation on which one to get that would taste the best and he was so funny and sweet! I will definitely come back again.

Huge shout out to George, I came in right when they opened on a Sunday and needed a cookie cake. He decorated it himself and absolutely killed it. My fault for not calling ahead but he was super understanding and pretty much told me not to worry. George is a legend and deserves a raise

This is the second time I have been overcharged because I was charged for items I did not receive. I ordered 3 brownies and a cookie cup. I believe my total was just over $17, I wasn’t given a receipt either. I tried to call the store and no one picks up the phone. Terrible customer service and high prices. ??

I was charged $20 for two large smoothies they put it in a small cup, and put the large cup on top. Never coming back here again! I work to dam hard for money for them to be stealing from me! I went back and asked for a refund they said they don’t give refunds for smoothies. Very unprofessional staff, don’t waste your time in this place!

I ordered a cookie cake with Happy New Year in red and white icing, paying in advance for pick up after 12 on 12/31. When I picked it up @ 2, the young man at the counter told me repeatedly that there were no cookies for pick up. Then said I must have the wrong location. When I told him I had the charge receipt he told me that the cookie just needed to be iced & to come back in 15 mins. He then gave me a cookie that obviously had blue icing wiped partially off, with green, white, red & pink icing piled on. I’ve always had great service & great cookies here. This was just bizarre.

The best and delicious cookies ever made. Workers are very nice. I ordered a cookie on Saturday and George was the one who gave me the cookie he treated me like family and is a very good man. Must recommend!!!
