We’ve had lunch here a couple of times and it’s always been great. The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is great. Always a nice stop during a day at Somerset.

Very nicely presented freshly prepared sandwich. The turkey was oven roasted not sliced deli meat.
Our server was wonderful and very understanding and helpful with my food allergy. We were greeted at the Cafe very warmly too
Always consistent food and service. Quality atmosphere for relaxing lunch. Brenda is always a pleasure.
My daughter and I enjoyed a Mothers Day lunch here together. The food was fresh and tasty. We shared a strawberry salad and hamburger. Kitchen kindly split the entrees for us in back. Nice wine offerings and mimosas. Popovers came out fresh from the oven served with their strawberry butter- yummy!
So slow. Still waiting. Been here forever.

Our server, Diane, has been with NM for years and always is very attentive and helpful! Love the food and details this restaurant offers. It is like being at a high end hotel, but reasonable. Tablecloths and fabric napkins. The demitasse cups of consommé and house made popovers with strawberry butter are an amazing beginning! I ordered a Maurice salad with the best dressing, served on the side. The variety in the large menu offers salmon, chicken, tacos and much more....elegantly served. Several desserts offered too, though we did not want dessert. Loved my cappuccino too! Highly recommend this hidden away spot on the top floor of Neiman Marcus. Full bar.
Excellent service , delicious food including the complimentary broth and popovers. The perfect place for lunch or dinner.
We typically enjoy our lunch here, but today was horrible. The service took forever...we were there for 2 hours. Three of our meals were made incorrectly and she charged us for items we didn't consume. There was no apology for the slow service by anyone at the restaurant. It's not inexpensive, but normally we don't mind paying for the service and experience. I will be hesitant to go back now. UPDATE 4/11/25: After receiving a direct message from Ashley (the manager), we returned to the cafe for lunch today. It was a wonderful experience, just as I would have expected from Neimans. I appreciate the effort to make things right and hope that the service continues to shine.
It’s like a quaint hideaway a distance from the norm. My spouse and I always enjoy the food options for a change of pace. When it’s busy, it can get a bit loud, only because of the high ceiling and space.
The food isn’t highly seasoned but tasty. I’ve had the fish tacos, warm grain bowl, and my husband enjoyed the chicken salad on a croissant.
The staff is always welcoming and attentive.
When I want a change of pace this is my go to place.
Oh, may I mention, they serve cocktails ? ❤️

My favorite place to lunch! It's quiet, so you can hear each other with out being distracted by other guests! The food and drinks are priced accordingly. The service is great in an upscale yet relaxed fashion. My favorite place!
Absolutely loved the crispy Brussels sprouts appetizer as did my niece. The chicken puff pastry pot pie never disappoints. I enjoy this cafe prior to shopping! Service is very good also!
The food, beverages and service are always outstanding. This is a true escape for one of my best friends and me to relax, catch up and enjoy a consistently wonderful lunch. Thank you!
I'm a regular lunch guest because I'm addicted to their salmon tacos. They also have great soups and some amazing desserts. The staff is terrific - especially Ashley, Dana and Brenda. They are friendly yet professional and always make me feel welcome.
Not the Neiman Marcus culinary experience I’m accustomed to back in Texas (the store’s home). While there the NM burgers are among the best around, the one I was served here today was embarrassingly bad. Overcooked, no seasoning, bone dry. It’s unfortunate to see such a lack of consistency from store to store. This brand, beloved in my family for generations, is sadly in a tailspin. Two stars only because our waitress couldn’t have been friendlier.
