My second time around to come here and it did not disappoint. The first time I tried their sandwich and I wasn't very fond of it because it was a little dry for my taste, i decided to come again because I loved the service and atmosphere. This second time was great! I tried something different and the food was definitely more to my liking. The service was always exceptional! And the atmosphere is so cute. My husband and I brought my mom here for her birthday lunch and we enjoyed it all. I would recommend coming here for a brunch/lunch.

I've eaten here several times over the years and I've always have had a delicious meal. On my last trip I had their chicken salad with their tasty lemon vinaigrette. That dressing is to die for! They serve their complimentary consommé along with the star of the show, their popover with strawberry butter. It's very chill in there and the service is good too. The only thing that makes me hesitate giving them a 5 is their prices, but everything is expensive these days... so a 4.5

My favorite place to lunch! It's quiet, so you can hear each other with out being distracted by other guests! The food and drinks are priced accordingly. The service is great in an upscale yet relaxed fashion. My favorite place!

Absolutely loved the crispy Brussels sprouts appetizer as did my niece. The chicken puff pastry pot pie never disappoints. I enjoy this cafe prior to shopping! Service is very good also!

The food, beverages and service are always outstanding. This is a true escape for one of my best friends and me to relax, catch up and enjoy a consistently wonderful lunch. Thank you!

The popovers with the strawberry butter are honestly something i dream about. Got the chicken Caesar salad with truffle fries (GIRL LUNCH) and oh my god.... Best Meal Ever. It's all i could happily ask for. Delicious juicy chicken with crisp Romain and the most delectable crispy fries. Obsessed. You must try the sunset spritz... insane.

I'm a regular lunch guest because I'm addicted to their salmon tacos. They also have great soups and some amazing desserts. The staff is terrific - especially Ashley, Dana and Brenda. They are friendly yet professional and always make me feel welcome.

Not the Neiman Marcus culinary experience I’m accustomed to back in Texas (the store’s home). While there the NM burgers are among the best around, the one I was served here today was embarrassingly bad. Overcooked, no seasoning, bone dry. It’s unfortunate to see such a lack of consistency from store to store. This brand, beloved in my family for generations, is sadly in a tailspin. Two stars only because our waitress couldn’t have been friendlier.

Consommé broth was tasty. Didn't really get to taste the bread because I was given a moldy one and at that point didn't want another. Egg salad sandwich was good with a nice crunch on the croissant. Guava drink was good. Portrayed as an upscale place to grab lunch but mold signals a poorly managed, unclean kitchen. Was given a discount of 25% off the check. Would never go back.

Wonderfully tucked away on the third floor. It’s the perfect brunch place to catch up with some girl friends. It’s quiet, comfortable and the food options are great.

NM Cafe is a hidden gem! Elegant dining, great food, lovely details (each diner receives a cup of delicious homemade bouillon in a Demi taste cup & a popover with yummy strawberry flavored butter). Service is impeccable. We had a situation with at least 6 tables occupied at the time ( the dining room is small and intimate) that one woman was loudly FaceTiming someone and her voice took over the room. Our group of 5 were next to them and one of our members, after seeing the rest of the tables distressed as well, quietly got up and motioned for her to lessen her phone volume and she did. This is most unusual in this spot and problem was politely solved. I highly recommend this restaurant. Menu changes often too! Thank you Neiman Markus!

One star solely for the food. I’ve had better food at cheap diners. The service was just OK. The café was dull looking and unexciting. Didn’t reflect the prices on the menu. Overall I would never come here again. I can see why it was empty.

I’ve been here a few times including this morning, included photos from multiple visits. I’ve had the penne al a vodka for lunch and I’ve had a honey jasmine oatmilk latte, and I’ve tried their muffins. I recommend it all! Great service, my favorite so far is Ashley at the bar,m who is super personable and sweet. And the atmosphere is pretty nice, good option to grab a bite in the mall!Parking: It’s a mall, of course there’s parking.

I brought my granddaughters there on the Saturday before Easter for a treat. I ordered the Cobb salad ($24)….awful. Who makes a Cobb salad with processed lunch meat turkey? Also, it said it was served with ranch dressing, but it tasted like Mayo with maybe chopped parsley in it….again awful. The only things good were the popovers. The newer menu is also truly lacking.
