Yesterday, Sunday Aug 24 I had guests from upstate Hillman MI and we had planned to have a late lunch at Nonis since we have just about exhausted all other options with our frequent dining out experiences. After studying the online menu we started to leave for the restaurant however, realized it was too late as Nonis closes at 3 on Sundays. We plan to make it another time, However, After reading the derogatory posts we were a bit intimidated with the low comments and reviews. We will give it a try in the near future and give you an honest review once we do.

I had planned on ordering lunch here but when I called I was put on hold for 5 minutes, I could hear the women greeting people walking in the restaurant so I figured maybe she just got busy and forgot about the phone, so I hung up and called back. Only to be put back on hold for ANOTHER 5 minutes. NO ONE picked the phone back up . Being at work, I tried to call before my lunch time and since the 10 minutes was wasted that I was going to use to call the order in and drive there, I now have to go to lunch late and go somewhere else. Find someone else to answer the phones promptly. A grilled chicken caeser salad was all I was getting. Takes two seconds to verbally tell that to someone. I was on the phone for a total of 9 minutes and 26 seconds, on hold.

Worst Corn beef sandwich I ever had. “The Big Beef was more like mystery meat on a plate between two slices of bread. $16.95. I recommend to keep driving by this place don’t stop.

I love Noni's. My family has been coming here for years. Today I went away disappointed. I had the #1 Breakfast Special, which normally comes with toast. I asked for a side of fruit instead. $4.95 extra for what amounted to two strawberrys and a handful of red grapes. Zero credit for not having the toast, which I believe is a $2.95 side. It's just five bucks, but I've always felt tremendous value for the money every time we've dined there. Today not so much. Service as always, was amazing!

First time here. Place looks to be very clean and well laid out. I usually eat out by myself and sit at a counter or bar area. Food is pricey but that’s the area and expected. But was the food worth the price? Debatable. The staff that helped me could be better. Unfortunately the industry is saturated with staffing issues and staff that don’t want to do their jobs. Management needs to figure out how to fix these issues. Want to make more money, and get more traffic… improve the experience for the customers. We the customers don’t really care much about price if the experience is good.

My wife and I went there for Father’s Day breakfast. We arrived at 11:25 ordered a simple breakfast scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns, my wife ordered pretty much the same thing. They weren’t that busy at all. We sat there as a few tables were seated and ordered their food and gone. Crazy thing we never saw our waitress once we put our order in. At 12:45 we realized how we had been waiting with the waitress no where to be found and no food served.
I guess she never put our order in???? and completely forgot about us. We will never go there again……

We came with a party of 13 ppl. The food was delicious but the waitress was rude. She obviously has no patience for children. She told my 12 yr old niece that she couldn't order from the kids menu(she looks older). Then she told my 9 yr old nephew to put the menu down. She seemed frustrated or stressed as she was the only waitress working. That's no reason to treat people rude. Maybe she should not be working with the public. Also, the cook should time the food delivery better . Most of us were done eating when some were just getting our food. I'll be back because those pancakes looked delicious!

My daughter and I went there yesterday and it was amazing. Had the tomato soup and Grilled chicken Greek salad. Wow. Was the best soup, salad and grilled chicken we’ve both had in quit awhile.

Salmon was good, prepared well and a sizable portion. Side veggies were disappointing. Did not like the smell of mop water while I was dining and servers bickered. I won't return.
