The manager who took my order was rude and impatient with me asking questions. He was angry voice texting on his watch the whole time I was waiting for my food. First and last time visiting.

If you want to pay private equity $13 for a tiny microwaved meal, this is the place for you.

Front cashier / food prep / server wiping her hands over everything (computer, desk, food containers, other peoples food, etc)…ask her to wear gloves when serving my food. Gets the manager, who complains to me about wearing gloves. Cook wears gloves for me, server with a box next to her, ignores the request. Gross 🤮

I've noticed a decline in service quality at this location recently. The staff seems overworked or struggling to meet expectations. When I arrive to pick up my order it is never ready, and the food quality has noticeably decreased. don't get me wrong, the food is great. However, portion sizes, have shrunk significantly—$12 for a salad feels excessive. Today, I received unshreded cheese (full pieces cut in 4ths) and minimal sauce, barely enough for a single piece of lettuce. I'm not sure if they just ran out of the food needed to make a salad or if they were skipping a few steps. I hope these issues can be addressed to restore the previous standard.

I placed an online order and my pasta was perfectly cooked and they were super quick making it too!

There is always some sort of issue at this location. They forget items in orders almost every time. I’ve tried to chalk it up to people being young or new. However, out of the 12 times I’ve gone only twice was it an okay experience. They act clueless and get rude when you ask them to correct their mistakes. Driving further out to the other locations is worth it just to avoid the headache here. There’s one manager who acts ditzy and confused to get out of having to have a conversation. It’s almost comical. She even complains to her team loudly and publicly about patrons who come back to try to get their orders fixed once they walk back out of the store.

Thank you for being fast :)

My young grandsons and I stopped in today for our 1st time. I interacted with Melissa and another young lady who I believe was a manager. They were both great when my grandsons changed their mind last minute. Everything was great. Thanks and will return.

Hoped to order takeout in person today on a Sunday afternoon. Seems like the manager needs to hire more people because the only two employeees were swamped with online orders, didn't greet us as we walked in, and never took our order. We stood for 10 minutes waiting to order before walking out. I considered just doing an online order, but it would've been behind 7 other orders at that point.

I love their Shrimp Scampi and Korean Steak. I stop in on the way home and usually wait only about 5-7 minutes forms order. Prices are very fair, and getting the larger size is 2-3 servings for me.

Just got chicken Alfredo with bacon. 10/10 and fast service. Very good!
