Nothing Bundt Cakes

The cakes keep getting smaller and smaller! I spend a ton of money here. I am upset about the new point system and not being asked for my phone number for my points at this location only to get home and not be able to load my $30 order to my account. I also find it crazy how I am always asked I if I want my receipts? I guess not anymore- Weird!

Have been a customer of Nothing Bundt Cakes (good product) for years and will not be back to this location. Bought three items that were going different places and they refused to provide multiple bags to carry (even after an offer to buy). In addition, the person at the register was chilly after the transaction—apparently bags are a controversial request?

I attempted to use a visa gift card here, the employee immediately said it wouldn’t work. Guess what worked? The visa gift card. Weird angle to take. Rude staff. They don’t use DoorDash. Poorly run.

I arrived a few minutes before closing while staff were already mopping inside. When I knocked on the door, the two employees working wouldn’t acknowledge me at all. I called, and they said the doors lock automatically.

I understand closing procedures, but completely ignoring a customer, especially one who arrived before closing, reflects very poorly on the business. I would expect more professionalism and basic courtesy.

We love Bundt cakes and decided to get a 10-inch “Let’s Party” Bundt cake. Unfortunately, the decoration really disappointed us. The balloon on the cake was clearly messed up, yet it was still placed on the cake as if it was acceptable. Because of this, the cake looked horrible in our pictures.

Considering the extra cost charged for decorations, we expected them to be done with care and to match the price we paid. If a decoration is damaged, it would be better to simply leave it off rather than put it on and make the cake look worse.

We were very disappointed with the messed-up balloon and, sadly, would not return to this location.

Nothing Bundt Cakes consistently delivers pure joy in every bite! Their cakes are incredibly moist, bursting with flavor, and the cream cheese frosting is simply divine. Jennifer cashier is exceptional.

🎂❤️We ordered my birthday cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes in Troy this year, and it was absolutely perfect! I chose the lemon cake with cream cheese frosting, and it was incredibly moist, flavorful, and delicious. Not only did it taste amazing, but it looked beautiful too—simple yet elegant.

Everything was ready on time, just as promised, and the customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this location for any special occasion—or just because you deserve a great cake 🍰

I have had a similar experience to others with this particular store. Placed an order on a Sunday and was not notified when the order was ready. When We went to go pick up my five year-old son’s cake they were closed. When I called to cancel the order because I was charged for it, but never notified that it was ready and then was unable to pick it up because they were closed. I was told they could not do anything. Madison repeatedly let me know that there was nothing that she could do. I was not notified that the cake was ever ready and when we went to try to pick up my five year-old son’s cake they were closed. I did not hear from this company at all again after placing the order. I do not recommend using this particular location as customer service is severely lacking. Using their online format is also not recommended as it is not an efficient system to assist customers.

Thank you to Nothing Bundt Cakes, Troy for coming thru for us when we needed a gluten free cake for our 23 yr old daughter’s birthday! We ordered a raspberry lemon gluten free, last minute. So helpful, so kind. The whole family is amazed at how GOOD gluten free can be! Not a cake person but wow!!!❤️

Don't shop here if you're expecting good service. They won't work with you on online order adjustment. They don't offer refunds, they are not considerate of the clients needs. Another Lady came in to pick up an order when I was there and they had not even prepared it. Find another establishment that offers better service. You can definitely do better!!!

Tried a upside down pineapple cake. For years I have been trying to perfect the recipe. My question is over. The cake was delicious, the place smells good, is clean and the prices are reasonable.

This was the WORST store I have ever been to. I ordered a cake for pick up and the person Rachel was extremely rude when I told her I would be 3 minutes or less late after closing due to traffic. I called back to speak with Madison and originally they said I could have store credit and today Madison said another employee must have made a mistake. The way she is running the store is ridiculous. One employee has no manners and another just says things that aren’t accurate? She also didn’t care that I had issues and what stress the situation caused me having to drive around to other locations for this cake. I would not recommend. Go anywhere else but here.

Yet again, another place I wish I read the reviews on before wasting my time. The customer service is non existent. They do not care to right a mistake they make because they cannot even comprehend they made a mistake. No accountability. The prices are pretty disgusting too.
