Little bit over price on all kinds of food. And need to improve customer service
I’ve tried this place a few years ago for the first time and my stomach started to hurt bad. So I just avoided until now, I decided to give it another try and you guessed it, the same thing happened again. I’m not sure what the issue is! This has never happened to me before! it’s very disappointing.
Love it!
Temporarily closed 😭😭
Their platters were so good. Specially the mixed platter
I visited many times
🍽️ NYC Halal Eats, Troy: 👍 👍 👍 👎👎
Experience Halal Flavors at NYC Halal Eats in Troy, where the food received mixed reviews based on delivery experience.
FOOD QUALITY👍: The food tasted okay, but unfortunately, the delivery experience affected the overall enjoyment. The fries became soggy, and the food didn’t maintain its intended texture due to packaging issues.
SERVICE & HOSPITALITY👎: The service, particularly with the delivery, was disappointing. The food was mixed up in the box, and the packaging was inadequate, causing the food to arrive flipped and not properly organized.
AMBIENCE & SETTING👍: The restaurant itself, while not reviewed in-depth here, likely offers a decent atmosphere. However, the main issue was with the delivery experience, which isn’t reflective of the in-house dining experience.
VALUE FOR MONEY👎: Given the issues with food quality and delivery, the value for money was not up to par. The price did not justify the disappointing presentation and packaging, especially considering that some food items arrived in less-than-ideal condition.
LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY👍: Conveniently located in Troy, NYC Halal Eats is easily accessible, making it a good choice for those in the area looking for Halal options. However, the packaging and delivery experience need significant improvement to match the convenience.
In summary, while NYC Halal Eats in Troy offers okay-tasting food, the poor delivery service, inadequate packaging, and soggy fries make it less than ideal for takeout. Improvements in packaging and service could enhance the overall experience and make it a more reliable choice.
Great food and service!

They serve everybody else before me. And I'm black they made me wait
Food tast good but since the real owner move to next branch quantity goes down for sure and one more thing..fries what a waste of food give u alot alot of fries with everything i request i have 4 items so give something else or make price downwhat will i do with this much fries but he said sorry take them or not price are same and no other option..
Fries are not that yummy either and whatever they make they add fries in that too..
So we ate 2 bages of fries and throw away 2 bages...they definitely need to make it optional and price shouldn't be same if i dont want it...
The food was great 👍
The platter I got felt like junk food. Because it was drenched in grease. And It wasn't so fresh like other reviews say.
Loved it, their burgers are absolutely delicious and filling. I had a side of the fried jumbo shrimps as well and came out really good. I am bummed I live in Troy but never tried this place before.
