Great Orange chicken. Service was prompt and friendly. The selection was great. Many good things to choose from. Ample parking and lots of tables . Its in the Oakland mall food court.
The staff were friendly, and the service was prompt. Their menu offered a wide selection of meals, which I appreciated. However, my focus was on my go-to favorite - the orange chicken. While it was decent, I didn't quite reach the level to earn them a 5/5 rating from me. I guess how good the orange chicken is determines how I rate Panda Express locations. Biased? Maybe. The chow main was good though.
I have always appreciated the way Panda Express makes their food specialties. I was recently in Oakland Mall, due to electrical work being done in my building. I saw Panda Express, and made a bee-line for the order counter. They only had 2 workers there in the Mall, who were fulfilling counter orders, as well as phone/internet orders.
