Great Orange chicken. Service was prompt and friendly. The selection was great. Many good things to choose from. Ample parking and lots of tables . Its in the Oakland mall food court.
I have always appreciated the way Panda Express makes their food specialties. I was recently in Oakland Mall, due to electrical work being done in my building. I saw Panda Express, and made a bee-line for the order counter. They only had 2 workers there in the Mall, who were fulfilling counter orders, as well as phone/internet orders. I ordered the Orange Chicken, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, and Fried Rice. Even though they were short-staffed, the woman working the counter was giving...
The time they have listed that they are open is 10 am. Someone needs to correct this because the is the SECOND time I was here at 10:15 am and they are ALL still scrambling to open the store. I asked them what time they open the first time they said 10 am but they are running late. THIS seems to be a habit of theirs. The lo main tends to be dry....... with this place.
