She mans the drive-thru window in the early mornings and consistently goes above and beyond to make every early morning visit special. As non-morning people, her upbeat and kind demeanor sets the perfect tone for the day, and we want to recognize her as a truly stellar person. Kendra is always willing to go the extra mile, whether it’s adding thoughtful touches like stickers on our coffee or greeting us with a smile and familiarity that makes us feel like valued customers. “I cannot say enough great things about Melissa and the outstanding service she provides through Panera’s catering! We had a last-minute meeting at work and I arrived at Panera around 7:30 am on Monday, September 15th to place a catering order to go. I ordered 45 bagels, ten cherry pastries and three coffee totes. Melissa was professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. While this was a last-minute walk in, she had me out the door within only 40 minutes!
