We had a last-minute meeting at work and I arrived at Panera around 7:30 am on Monday, September 15th to place a catering order to go. I ordered 45 bagels, ten cherry pastries and three coffee totes. Melissa was professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. While this was a last-minute walk in, she had me out the door within only 40 minutes!
