My family and I were SO impressed with this location. The store was clean, the food delicious and the staff friendly. A female manager (wish I'd caught her name) just went above and beyond to make sure our needs were exceeded!

Whereas the food here is clean and delicious, I have been disappointed several times with their customer service. I experienced a lack of common courtesy and friendliness on my recent visit which is just unfortunate.

Good food but service was extremely slow. I was in a hurry because I had an appointment in an hour but took this restaurant a very very long time just to get my food. I used to love going to Panera bread but after this experience I’m beyond disappointed and I won’t be returning.
Terrible costumer service. Placed my order, drive thru and they literally took 30 mins to deliver. I even had to get out my car and ask for it. Ridiculous.

This whole company's quality is going downhill. They are too damn cheap and the customer service is garbage. The manager is very disrespectful. Plus, ants in the coffee area!

It was around 7:30am when I was there. The food was ok, the souffle seemed somewhat old but the bagel was good. The lady that was working the drive through helped me at the counter and was very nice. I asked for the bagel to be toasted, mainly my fault for not choosing that option at the keyiosk. She was double dutying so she asked a girl behind her in the kitchen to toast it. The kitchen girl was totally uninterested in being there. About 10 min went by and I tried to call out to the girl to find out about the bagel. No response didn't even look at me. She had air pods in maybe that's why, but why use them at work.?

Management needs to do something about staffing. The evening ordertaker for the drive thru always sounds sad and depressed. Last two times I attempted to purchase something from the drive thru I've had to get out of the line because of the ridiculously long wait time. The last time I was able to get coffee from the drive thru it was barely warm. I don't know how you can pour someone a coffee into a paper cup and not realize it's cooled off significantly.

We went here at 4:40 on a Friday. Right after we ordered our food on the kiosk (and we’re planning on eating at the venue) staff informed us that they’re closing the dining room with no reason given. Additionally, the food was terrible.

I wish the customer service here was better because I enjoyed visiting this location. The food is good and fresh always. However, the customer service was poor this last time I visited. I like going to the other Panera nearby. Not all Panera’s provide poor customer service. I hope I helped other reviewers explore better options. Thank you.

I have visited this location twice in the past 2 months. The first time, I ate in the cafe and was waited on by the surliest staff member you could possibly imagine. This woman looked like nothing good had happened in her life in years. I was hoping it was just a one off and chose not to submit a review at that time. A couple weeks later, I ordered lunch through the app. When I arrived at the cafe, my presence outside at the ordering menu was not acknowledged so I drove around to the pick up window. I waited several minutes. Several staff members looked right at me. I could see my order, bagged and ready to go. Not one member of the staff did anything until I actually called the cafe and asked for my order to be handed to me. Then, the staff member who handed it through the window didn't so much as apologize.
I will definitely avoid this location in the future.

I go to several Paneras due to belonging to the sip club. This is the slowest and most disorganized on I have been at. Today I went through the drive through and sat there watching two coworkers arguing 😒
