nothing wrong with the food, but the caterpillar eyelash having lady who makes the food has a nasty attitude not only does she body shame customer’s but she makes it the customer’s problem when SHE makes a mistake. Avoid this panera at all costs.

It was confusing entertaining the restaurant. It took me a minute to figure out how to use the kiosk. I wanted a long time for my food. Store was very busy with take out orders. The atmosphere was nothing special. Felt like an interesting hot spot. Not what I remember from my last visit.

This is by far the worst Panera location. The store is always out of everything. The staff is rude and incredibly slow. I waited at the driveway through 10 minutes before anyone even greeted me at the window. I will never return to this location.

Do NOT use this drive thru. I have gotten trapped in this drive thru several times. I have learned my lesson. I have been stuck in this drive thru the past half hour not moving. Completely out of control!

This Panera is gross - the floors look like they are rarely cleaned and the bathrooms are disgusting.

The hazelnut coffee was out and still brewing the skinny lady at the front desk she took my cup and other customers cup to make sure we don’t leave without coffee, she ran to the cashier to check out another customer All what I can say is WOW and I was impressed how she cares about customers… you are a hero and I really wanna thanks the management to have such an amazing employee
