I cannot say enough great things about Melissa and the outstanding service she provides through Panera’s catering! We had a last-minute meeting at work and I arrived at Panera around 7:30 am on Monday, September 15th to place a catering order to go. I ordered 45 bagels, ten cherry pastries and three coffee totes. Melissa was professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. While this was a last-minute walk in, she had me out the door within only 40 minutes!
Thanks to her, Panera is our go-to for corporate events, team breakfasts, and client meetings. It’s not just the food (which is always delicious and high-quality)—it’s the care and excellence that Melissa brings to every interaction that truly sets the experience apart.

The food used to be good at Panera, and maybe this is an isolated case for the location.. We ordered soups, mac and cheese, a salad and a half sandwich. The soups were lukewarm at best, only remnants of chicken and noodles - you’d have to be an archaeologist to find them in the broth. Speaking of, the sandwich bread was likely made around 50 AD after the Romans occupied Thrace. The salad and baguette were probably the only half-decent items in the order.

The cashier took my money and went to put my bagel in a bag without changing gloves, or using utensils. When I said something they said 'Oh, I forgot' and went in the back to change gloves. It was taking longer than it should and they came back with one half on their hand and continued to fill my order. They tried to hand me the other bagel IN MY HAND and I pointed to the bag. They then handed me my cream cheese. I threw the bagels away as I was grossed out. If this is what they let you see, what happens behind closed doors?

Meh food, dry baguette, Greek dressing was different than before. No lemon slices for tea. Dirty, messy, wet counters, melted tub of ice for drinks. A/C so high it blew napkins off the table. Changed seats 3X to get out of the cold, blowing air. Dry baked goods with very limited selection.

I don't very often leave negative reviews, but this Panera earned it. At 1:00 p.m. on a weekday, they were out of strawberries for the strawberry poppyseed salad I ordered, so I changed my order to chicken noodle soup. While the size of the bowl looked like a good size serving, it was mostly lukewarm broth with only a few noodles, carrots and a scant amount of chicken. Then the beverage machine's ice maker was out of order and my granddaughter's soda was not even chilled. They did put a bin of ice out, which was almost melted and was added to her beverage along with melting ice cubes. I don't know how my grandson could eat his chicken caesar salad with the tiny amount of dressing given, but he wouldn't let me take it up to show them and complain. Way overpriced for the quality of food and service given.
