Spent 15 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a drink. The person in front of me ordered like 6 meals. They should have had him pull around to a curbside and ran it out to him. Then they did not have my order ready. Not all are created equal. The women they usually have working the drive thru are better.

I really, truly, sincerely, do not like to complain. However, district manager, or manager this location is slowly headed in the wrong direction.1) I just got out of the drive-through, and I sat at the window for 12 minutes with five cars behind me. That’s the pick up Window for just a soup and sandwich.2) The newest member of your team was being trained over the intercom system. The more experienced order taker was talking over her. I found that rude. Unkind.3) Finally, the MY Panera points need to return- immediately - as at this point it is one of the biggest reasons why I come.Thank you.

Unfortunately, like the other reviews on here the service is not great. The drive through process is very bad even when you order ahead of time and chose to pick up your order through the drive through. I order coffee only and even after my order on the app says it's ready I still have to wait for the people ahead of me to get their items. I understand, I have the option to go in store to pick up my 1 item but your drive through should not have anyone waiting 20 plus minutes. I have witnessed many people drive away for waiting so long and there is usually only 2 people working the drive through in the morning. That is an issue management/corporate needs to take care of, so I am not upset at the employees for doing their best. Sadly, this process has made me late to work many times and I can no longer risk being late by ordering at this location.

This location is a joke... I never get a 100% correct order. I either get the wrong item or just missing items. Sandwiches are always thrown together with no care and fall apart after the first bite. Also... if I specifically request a spoon for the SOUP I order and the bag says spoon On it and you still can't count on spoons in the bag it's time to move on.

On 5 different occasions this past year, the order was either wrong, have to repeat the order multiple times, and/or drive through took over 10 minutes. Go to the Starbucks next door instead.

Got the You Pick 2 with Tomato Soup and the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich, both faves of mine. They came very quickly and were great!

Who doesn’t love Panera bread? The Greek salad is great, as is nearly everything on the menu. Prices are a bit high, especially for beverages. I wish the value combos selections were a little more diverse or flexible and it’s unfortunate that my favorite location is making the unlimited beverages harder to simply self serve, but I’m sure there was a good reason.Parking: The parking is quite tight, and essentially none of the spaces are adjacent to the building so once you park you are ALWAYS having to watch out for cars backing out, pulling in, or lining up for drive thru. Building designers should know better—and most do—as this layout is noteworthy in how hard it is to get in and out of.

Sucked.. unbelievably small amount of soup and a hard chewy bread bowl..didn't give us spoons.. Ninos has way better soup and you actually get a bowls worth.

I didn't want to leave a review, because it's nice to have a location so close. We haven't really ordered from Panera in awhile so maybe they are all getting stingy with ingredients, but our sandwich fillings were so paltry that on initial review I thought could they have new staff or maybe it's true that this Panera is not a good one to go to. I have always gone to Panera in the past and have never had this happen. I will try another location to make sure that it's not a company-wide thing, but with the price we pay I would be embarrassed to give my customers these pathetic sandwiches. So disappointing.

The most DISGUSTING Panera there is. Unfriendly staff, found a long piece of black hair in my soup (I have blonde hair) and very terrible service. Would recommend going anywhere else but here.
