Paris Banh Mi & Bakery

Came back again. This time to try the B1.

New. Clean. Good service. Large place.
Vietnamese sandwich. Bubble tea drinks.
There are a lot of Vietnamese restaurants around this area. Lots of competition.
I had the grilled pork B2 and my wife had the pork rolls B5. Both were excellent.
The item that sets this place apart is the sauce. No one has any sauce. This place is the first place that has the “Hot mayonnaise” sauce which I’m accustomed to and highly recommend. I normally buy any sandwich and put my own “hot mayonnaise” on at home. This place is doing it right. I can actually buy the sandwich and eat it without going home.
FYI, my wife makes these at home, so I know how it should taste. Not bad. No issues. Meat was good. Not fake meat. I hate fake meat.
Sorry for making a mess.
I will keep an eye on this place.
To the owner: I normally start all my reviews with 3 stars. After I’m done eating and thinking, I add or subtract a star. Not bad. You got 4 stars. Very impressive.
Highly recommended

We are visiting Michigan from Europe and were exhuasted from the long flight and some troubles with accomodation. We had the vegetarian banh mi with soy meat and blueberry lemon slushie. Fresh cilantro, vegetables, spicy just right... we were so happy, it was so delicious that even though we're here only for a short trip, I still hope we can come back at least once. 😊

I am discerning when it comes to Vietnamese sandwiches and this Banhmi shop did not disappoint. They offer several other Vietnamese sandwich options, as well as desserts and flavorful bobas and teas. My daughter also enjoyed the Korean hot Cheeto mozzarella corn dog. The self-order station was convenient as well. It is definitely a must-try.
My fiancé and I drive 30 mins just for the sandwiches here. The bread is so fresh and perfectly toasted. By far one of our favorite spots to stop and grab a quick lunch or snack! Highly recommend B2 or B4 and all the bubble teas are delicious. Haven’t got to try any of their sweet treats yet, but they look AMAZING 🥰

Good was amazing. Got the pork bun bowl with noodles and my son got the rice chicken bowl. Both were amazing. The milk tea was delicious and the cheesecake was so tasty. Will be back for sure.

Delicious lunch at Paris Bahn Mi cafe. Split the pork sandwich with my spouse and walked away completely full. Loved the look of the desserts so we will definitely be coming back and trying those next time.

Absolute rip off! $7 for a coffee and it's mostly ice. 4 sips in and it's half gone, where's the rest of my drink?
