A bit overpriced even for the more elite atmosphere. Food was ok just not great for the price.

Not as good as it used to be. The sauces are watery and food never has enough flavor. So bland!

Nice menu, a good variety of options. Staff was friendly and the food was good

When I had it last in December it was poor. The rice was undercooked, there was too much sauce, etc. But yesterday when I came I was impressed. The food looked beautiful and was delicious. It has really become a nice place. Anything Honey seared Is amazing. I would recommend

It’s good, but make sure you’re order is correct before leaving. Last time they sent me home with an empty bag that should’ve had an egg roll in it but they forgot...

In my opinion the sweet and sour chicken didnt have nearly enough sauce. The sauce it did come with was mostly spicy lacking in any sweetness. There were plenty of vegetables but they skimped on the pineapple by a lot. The chicken needed to be crunchier it was too soft.

Food was great as always. My only complaint about this location is the small number of parking spots that are close to the building.

Food is always great. The Thai donuts are a unique and delicious option.

Kim's in Troy is closing and we are looking for our new Asian favorite spot. We ate at Pei Wei tonight and let's just say we are still looking. Just ok.

The manager is super rude. I order kung poa chicken and a didn't come with any nuts it had more breading than I've ever seen before, It looked different. It was gross the 1st bite, I knew was different and I've had this at this restaurant many times. I called the store and it went to a center , I had no idea this was the call center but Those foreign people were horrible I must have repeated the one thing that I wanted 5 times. After I love the location and figured out I had something wrong I went back to the store and got screamed at by the manager who would overpower me with her nasty Altitude and mean voice. I love my food there and did not take it I then called to get my refund and they told me I had to go through the consen so I call the call center and a trance re back to the store so I call the call center again say I don't want speak to store manager I was speak to someone at the call center give me a refund they put me on hold and after 20 minutes I got back to the store only to be screamed at by this lady overpowering me and wouldn't give me my refund so I just hang up I'm doing a credit card charge back and leaving one start and never will go back to this restaurant.

Trish is the General Manager here, and she definitely knows how to make her customers feel special. We had excellent service and the food was great, but we wanted a different meal for my lady, she gave us something else right away and took extra care of us. Even had a great time conversing very down to Earth. Her restaurant is immaculately clean and your food comes out almost in an instant! This place is 30 minutes from us, and it was definitely worth the trip. We will be coming back for sure when our noodle cravings kick back in!
