Surfing around the internet I came across a thread where people were debating who had the best pasties in the area. Peppy's was mentioned as a standout, so being a pasty aficionado I drove the 15 miles to try them out. Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised to see they were much more than just pasties, a plethora of artisan baked goods await, pizza, grinders and other items are created by the nicest ladies. The pasty I had was probably the best I've had in the lower. I will definitely be back!

Sent my work partner in to get two slices and they only had one slice left so told him next slices were coming right up. Proceeded to put one slice on top of the other and the bottom slice cheese melted to the foil taking all of the cheese off my slice.
This place has been around a long time and is not new to making pizza or handing out slices and should know by now you cannot do that. What a waste of money, should have went to jets where they box your slices.

We saw Chow Down Detroit feature Peppy’s and knew we had to check it out — and wow, it was absolutely worth the 45-minute drive! We sampled a little bit of everything: slices of pizza, pasties, pierogies, eclair, cannoli, cinnamon crisps, and of course, the unforgettable Angel Wings. Every single item was fantastic! The prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding — warm, welcoming, and super helpful. We highly recommend Peppy’s and will definitely be coming back as regulars. A true hidden gem!

I bought six pasties today asked for four beef, two vegi. Got home there all beef, called back the woman could have cared less! I’ve always like the food but the service today was terrible! Not sure I’ll be back anytime soon and if todays women is working I will not purchase
