Food taste and value not good. Originally it started with good food. Used to be my wife's favorite. Now she does not want to eat here. Food taste and quality has gone down and prices are up. Not a good value

I was extremely disappointed with the menu choices, and the quality of the food. Nothing more than diner food and it used to be so much better! Our desserts could have been bought at Kroger and were served frozen. Our server was very good though and I felt sorry that he had to apologize for the food! I won't be going back.

Food quality has gone down significantly Veg Spring rolls were not cooked inside Tofu in the Lo mein were not tossed well and there were pieces of tofu stuck to each other looked like taken out of frozen pack did not mix with sauce. Waiter was rushing to order. We have been to this facility many times in the past but this experience was the worst and do not expect. Looks like either the Franchise owner or the cook have changed

Ordered sweet and sour chicken/added shrimp; shrimp fried rice;crab Rangoon (appetizer); house, salad(2); sesame, chicken; lemonade to drink; and banana spring roll for dessert. With the exception of the shrimp fried rice everything was up to par. The shrimp fried rice had to be returned twice because it had a scorched smell and taste. The waitress was very attentive; a quick to provide a solution to the shrimp fried rice issue. Overall, the food was as expected. The service was excellent. The environment was not too loud, but not absolutely quiet. I have visit location many times over many years. And it seems to maintain a certain level of standard.

My father and I stopped in for lunch at the PF Chang’s inside Somerset Mall, James was our server and took exceptional care of us! The food was delicious but the service is what really put this over the top! James was like a magician, here when we needed him and a ghost when we had mouthfuls of food (no one likes being bothered when they’re eating)… he made excellent recommendations and even brought over a sauce concoction, similar to the trio for our egg rolls that had spicy mustard that was fabulous! Overall you know what to expect from Chang’s and the kitchen delivered but James’s service was perfect and really made our meal an excellent experience! I’ll come here before I fight the crowds at Partridge Creek ever again! Cheers to the whole staff with an extra nod to our waiter James!
Good food, good ambience, tried their special firecracker shrimp🦐, honey chicken, singapore street noodles, everything tasted super good. Do reserve ur table before visit and try for their special dishes.👍🏽👌🏼

As always they never disappoint. It was valentines day. I was there with my family of 5 and Gabriel was our waiter. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He actually took care of us and ready let us enjoy our night. Didn't push to get us out to let others to come in. Honestly my kids love Pf Changs. 3 year old 6 year old and a 8 year old. Thank you for the good quality!!! Service and food.

I don’t often leave reviews, I am a veteran of the service industry. Worked on the other side of the mall at Brio for many years before their close. I received some of the most exceptional host service today. Katie was excellent, very kind, attentive, and organized while making my reservation this evening. People going out I’d their way on a day like today (valentines day) it’s absolutely something to write home about. It’s been years since I’ve visited your establishment, but this will make me a regular. Give her a huge pat on the back from me. Looking forward to my delicious lettuce wraps tonight!!
