My wife and I moved here from Chicago and wanted to try their pizza. We went here on 9/26/2021 at 11:00 am and drove a hour to get there. Their website says they open at 11:00, see attached photo. When we got there the doors where unlocked so we went inside. The lady got nasty with us and said they don't open till 12:00pm. We went down the street to do some shopping and went back at 12:00pm and the doors were locked. Waited till 12:20pm and the doors were still locked. I didn't appreciate them getting rude with me and yelled at to get out. It was there fault that their hours were wrong on their website and they had the doors unlocked. I will never go back here because the rudeness and the way they treated me. I'm sure I can find another pizza joint. I highly recommend staying away from this place. You just don't treat people badly. To the mangers at Papalis at the Troy locations, you should look for better employees that aren't rude.

Love this place and come here often. The manager Ari is great and the wings are to die for and the pizza is better than giordanos in Chicago. Best service and pizza in Michigan

Not great. Self service in a sit down restaurant. Plastic forks and knifes (had to request them and a take out box) and had to go find someone to get that.There is also a sign regarding auto 18% tip required and added to prepay bill.I did not see this happening.

I was a 13 year customer for dine in with my family the food and service was horrible the dough for pizza and breadstix is old not fresh nobody in kitchen using mask or gloves to pay $70 for something I would not feed to my dogs

Everything was great!!! Joanna was the best waitress/manager that we could ask for. Very friendly and knowledgeable. This is definitely the one to go to. Keep up the good work!

Staff laying across counter eating their food from counters they make customers food on. Lady tried to make my food without washing her hands after I just watched her eat her food with her hands. She was still chewing when she came over to see what I wanted. Huge health code violation!!! And this is in front of guest, wonder what they do on the back?? Where are the managers??? I come here once a week but today was disturbing, we won't be back.

Great pizza and wings. Waitress was very helpful and understanding. Chicago Style pizza was incredible. Restaurant is clean and has great ambiance.
Joanna was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable, this is my pizza fix location. If all server's were as kind people wouldn't mind tipping. Again Joanna my sister and I thank for the pleasant experience.

One star is too much for this place. We tried out the Troy location last night and discovered a nasty bug in our food. Tried to call the manager, but he was too busy to take our call! And we called twice. Don't put yourself through the struggle and nastiness, take your business elsewhere!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!

Love getting the michigan bourbon boneless wings. Everyone there is really nice and helpful. The food tastes great at a good price and they try to make the food as fast as possible in good quality.
