Came in to get some tea. The 2 high school kids behind the counter were sitting on their IPads eating dinner with a 2L of Pepsi. I went ahead and ordered. When I picked it up, one of the high school kids gave a rude comment saying I interrupted his dinner. Remember, I'm the one giving YOU money - not the other way around.Worst of all, you could tell they put no time or quality in preparing the tea (order was ready in less than 2 minutes) and the taste reflected it.When this place opened it up, you could tell the franchise was family run and owned. Now they seemed to have outsourced their work to a bunch of unprofessional workers that don't really care about the business. Do better.

Grand Blanc shop ...the best coffee I've ever tasted. Service is amazing, comfortable setting full of natural sunlight. Love this place.
