I experienced awful service at this location. Ordered bowls and kids meals. They loaded the bowl with rice and less vegetables &chicken. Rice was terrible to eat. It was not even half cooked (it was grainier and felt I was eating rice that was soaked in water rather than cooked. Everything went into garbage.
And in kids meal they gave milk in one of the orders when I ordered a juice.
Can’t even store the milk because it expires in 1 day (11/23/2025)
And the chips in kids meal were smelling oil. They might have been stored for a long period.
This is terrible service and I’ll never go back tho this location on Big Beaver.

The workers were all super friendly, but that was the only good thing. The floors were sticky. But I could have handled that if the chips I got weren't AWFUL. Pretty sure they are just a big bag of frozen chips that get thrown in a warmer. My car actually smelled like old flour, then I got hone and tasted the chips to realize why. Texture not stale - flavor OLD. I threw the whole bag away. Waste of food and money. Yuck.

Came for lunch with my mother arrived right after opening hours. Workers stood behind counter and continued working held up a finger told us to wait. So we did, 5 mins still door locked didn't get in so no lunch.

In the past I haven't liked my food. Which is my fault I choose the ingredients for my burrito. But I decided to try Qdoba again and today I finally loved my burrito. Which was all thanks to DLO's help. After I told him about my past experiences he went slow with me and even let me sample things! He made sure I didn't get anything with cilantro! He was super awesome and I appreciated him so much! DLO was the kindest and most patient cashier I ever had this location. Also the cashier Toro was very cute.

Foods always hit or miss, all employees seem very upset to be working there,never say hello instead its either what you want? or nothing at all what, they slop your food into bowl and never say have a nice day, I give props to the manager who's actually a decent guy for dealing with it!
