Great job wit the customer service Qdoba. Felt a good vibe going in feeling great leaving
Just bad overall.
It was great 👍
Always great!
Service is always excellent at this location but Jordan really stands out
The food is always really fresh!
Very professional
This Qdoba is top tier! It exceeds all expectations. The staff is so friendly!
Was really disappointed here recently. The staff during the day seemed much friendlier. They may be under new management, because the workers were quite rude and trying to overcharge me for things, in addition to only giving me one small scoop of the protein portion of my meal. The young man who helped me with the first part of my order, was very skimpy with the portions. I think because he was in charge of cooking the food, he didn’t wanna have to make more entrées or vegetables this late in the evening. Even though I eat at 7 PM. They were also trying to overcharge me for a large side of sour cream, which no one had ever charge me extra for and I’ve been coming to this location and others in the metro area for a couple years now. I love that Qdoba is more affordable than other restaurants of the same type such as chipotle or Salsarita. I will try coming back here once more during the day, just to see if the management has truly changed. People really make the difference at any business. Be careful who you hire!
The staff are always friendly and put up with my slack jawed expression as I space cadet when I start to order. This place is a staple for me.
Restaurantji Recommends
Not sure if this would pass a health inspection despite how nice it looks good on the outside. Don't go to the chipotle's nearby because they are even worse. Panda express is just north of here and that might be your best bet. I wish I was kidding.
A catering order for 10 arrived 25 minutes late. After my team waited an extra 25 minutes for food, it was found that there was no meat, and the wrong wraps were sent. It took 14 attempts over the next 20 minutes to get ahold of anyone at the store, at which point I was told that my only options were to place a new order, or call catering for a refund. Never going back after being left stranded like that.
If you guys are understaffed then update your published timings or close the store! Stop wasting people's time. I had to wait 1 hour for a delivery pickup only to later call and understand that nothing is ready for pick up because we are understaffed!
We ordered and paid online. My husband drove over to pick up our order and the store was closed! He could see bags of carryout orders on the shelf, but no employees. Now what??
