Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Worst pick up food ever!
Online order I placed was wrong, incomplete, missing drink, missing sauces and Cole slaw container 3/4 empty!
I have never experienced so low quality food, for a $20 burger!

Sweeping the areas where people are eating. It's carpet and flinging stuff up. .
I ordered onion rings with my meal for almost 4 extra dollars and got 3 tiny onion rings and three small pieces then the knife that was in my sandwich had water in the handle. It leaked all over me and the burger. It was really nasty. And then charged 3 dollars because kid is allergic to sesame seeds. So I had to get the gluten-free bun for their substitution.

It was just a really bad experience at this place I'll never come back

Bottomless Fries and Sides are a major draw, but be prepared to ask for refills. For the main sandwich, the quality can be inconsistent, but their customizable options allow you to choose a flavor profile that many enjoy. I loved sides and fries

Horrible take out order
The French fries was broken and “ boiled” rather than fried, horrible experience. As they were busy and just loading unprepared foods and giving it to customers.

Sever was very rude and me and my mom felt rushed to order. She rolled her eyes and it was my b day so I wouldn't be coming back here not worth the money at all!

Will likely never return. Our waitress pretended we didn’t even exist last night. The manager took our order and our drink order. The menu said “bottomless fries” which is a great concept except for the fact that they put like 5 fries on your plate and the waitress never comes by. My fries were finished for 20 minutes before she came by. “You want more fries?” Yeah. Then we don’t see her for another 20 minutes. She put the fries down while we had given up and are walking out the door. I like to tip good service. Little Lady typed in ten dollars for a tip. I am just wondering what the hell she tipped for. It certainly wasn’t for service.

We just dined at this Red Robins location for the first time. Our waitress was Debra and she is the most wonderful, kind hearted waitress we have ever had!!

She made our experiences over the and so absolutely wonderful for our 2 year old!!

We can't say enough good things about our experiences!

We will definitely be back soon and ask for Debra by name everytime.
