We tried this bakery/cafe and the food was wonderful. I had a combo with chicken salad and slightly spicy tomato basil soup on the best grain bread and a delightful cinnamon oatmeal cookie. I could eat this every day and not get tired of it. I'll be in there every time I'm in the area to try different things, but I'm sure most of the time it will be chicken salad and tomato basil. Yum yum and yum!

Still amazing after all these years. The products are fresh, dependable and staff is above and beyond which makes the delivery of these products taste even better. After all these years Ridleys still has its edge and continues to grow in the face of any national or local competitor. Hooray to Karl for maintaining the quality and having the gumption to stay closed on the weekends. This allows the optimum performance for all staff through each set of weekdays... Well done !!

I have been going to Ridley's for 29 years! I have loved their baked goods, soups, and sandwiches all that time....they are kind & wonderful to work with on events and catering. Eating in the bakery or at the tables outside in the summer is lovely...one of my favorites places in Troy! I wish their hours were better during the school year, but everything else is wonderful!

Best way to describe is food is constantly fresh and delicious. Yesterday as 4 , all enjoyed a friendly staff and a tasty lunch. I can recommend the roast beef sandwich on marble rye. Butternut squash soup also an excellent choice!

1st of all, they have the best food Hands Down. Excellent customer service and very kind! Our company orders boxed lunches every so often and we have NEVER had a problem. I just ordered 13 boxed lunches for customers that were visiting our facility. We were supposed to have 3 veggie sandwiches in the order. Well, I didn't realize that I messed up the order online so when I called, Glenda jumped into action without asking any questions. When I picked up the 3 veggie sandwiches within half an hour, she showed me that I had entered the incorrect items without saying I screwed up. SHE STILL STOOD BEHIND IT. I felt silly for my mess up but, she was wonderful. I highly recommend this place! We will continue to use them for our customer meetings as well as personal use. Thank you all that work there. Very kind people. I wish there was one on my side of town. :) Tammy Marcoux

I work the midnight so I usually stop by right after I get off work. Everything that I buy has always been fresh and good. My absolute favorite is the freak out cookie. That cookie puts every cookie that I've every made to shame. There is something for everyone to enjoy about this cookie. Walnuts, chocolate chips, coconut, 2 different kinds of drizzle this cookie is just delicious. Customer service is excellent and they are always suggesting other items to try that you might enjoy.Stop by I'm sure you will enjoy this place.
