Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is definitely a heaven for chocolate lovers, it was really hard to ignore their chocolate and signature caramel apples behind the shop window when I passed by.

I tried their caramel apple-The Monster which was loaded with pecans and milk chocolate and it was way beyond my expectation, I highly recommend it.

The sweets here are beyond delicious, and the owner and staff are incredibly kind! They are passionate about their products and always make you leave with a smile on your face.
This is the last thing I had from here, the Viral Dubai Chocolate Bar. It's milk chocolate, a creamy pistachio filling, and a dusting of gold for pizazz.
All of their treats are freshly made in-store, which makes them even better!

The chocolate is amazing—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Whether you try a truffle, a caramel apple, or any other sweet, you can tell it's made with care.

With great service and fantastic chocolate, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is definitely worth a visit.

Really disappointed by the experience I just had in this store. As a retail manager in the mall, I’d hate to have someone visit my store and feel the way I was just made to feel. I walked in and asked for an item that was sold out, but was told that it could be made for me. Great.Three women walk in as my item is being prepared. I’m asked do I mind waiting so that she can take care of them if they know what they want. Um, sure? All 3 women are purchasing, and all items need to be weighed, packaged/prepared, and rung. Why is their time more valuable than mine? They shouldn’t have to wait for my one item, but I should have to wait for all three of theirs? I announced that I was leaving so to disregard my item and was met with apologies and attempts to bring me my item at a later time, which confirms to me that she knew she was totally wrong for taking those women before me. Fortunately for those women they all benefited from looking more alike with the salesperson (likely store manager) than I did. Microagressions never feel good.

Great variety of apples, chocolates, and plenty of other treats. You must stop by when ever you're at the Somerset Collection. Will come back again!!

Literally the best caramel apple I have ever had. Never going to settle for grocery store apples again. Super friendly staff and great experience overall.

Fantastic experience working with Nadia, the owner of the Somerset Mall Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! With impeccable service, she made our wedding day even better! The apples looked and tasted spectacular as a table favour; I received many compliments on them. I encourage anyone looking for a great gift to visit the Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory!

Now that this location is under new management, do not be fooled by the alluring toppings on the apples!!! Be sure to have them cut your apples and taste them to make sure they have not gotten soft or rotten.I just bought 2 $12 apples and they both were soft and barely edible. I am going back to get either my money back or the good apples that I went there for in the first place.

Apples are worth every penny!

The chocolate treats and cookies are delicious. On the flip side, everything is pricey and they need more staff (but what place nowadays doesn’t?).
