Probably a bit below average experience for a chain that I've visited many times in the past. We were greeted by a few folks clearly trying to impress us - I understand but they were trying too hard. The steaks (I had a petite filet) were ok - decent cuts but not that flavor able. Wife had the chicken which she liked. Of interesting note is the subtle, not positive, charges since they're sale to Darden. You can no longer get a Caesars salad with anchovies. Not allowed. I was going to order lamb chops but they no longer carry mint jelly. If the goal is to risk customer satisfaction in the name of profit, we noticed. Generally have liked Ruth Chris over the years but won't be going back to this location.

I recently dined at Ruth’s Chris with my family, and the experience was extremely disappointing—especially considering the $457 bill. During the meal, my granddaughter found a gnat in her salad, which immediately ruined our appetite. After that, we were unable to enjoy our meal because we had to constantly fan away gnats at the table.
Both the waitress and waiter were made aware of the situation, including the insect in the food, yet no action was taken. There was no attempt to address the issue, replace the dish, involve a manager, or offer an apology, which was unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the steaks were horrible and far below the quality expected from a restaurant of this reputation and price point. Overall, the lack of food quality, cleanliness, and staff response made this experience very disappointing.
For a high-end restaurant, this level of service and sanitation is unacceptable. We left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

This was our first time at Ruth Chris! We really enjoyed the 3 course special for $60 dollars!
I've been to Ruth Chris in Aruba and the food was amazing! I was invited to a friend's birthday party her so I was expecting the same or similar experience. Unfortunately the best part of my meal was the salad. I also had the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes as my side- The presentation was nice as they sat the salmon on a bed of spinach, it was hot but over cooked and dry. They were on a bed of spinach. The spinach wasn't seasoned. The order ladies in our party didn't like the spinach at all but I enjoyed it me more than the salmon so i didn't complain. Now the mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. I was very disappointed. But the waitress was nice and friendly, the atmosphere was nice and they have complimentary valet and he was great.

This is a fabulous place of elegance and 5star service! Food chef💋's!! I had the absolute pleasure of cohosting a surprise 60th celebration for my very special sister. Daniel Cole over private events was so God sent! Very patient and empathetic, helpful and direct which I really appreciated and needed. Planning parties are quite stressful in its self, from the guest list to food allergies! Daniel and his team, Stacey and associates they were all 😇angels, and put my mind at ease and followed thru with actions!!! My sister loved them and friends and family gave high praises to the whole staff!! If the staff wasn't enough and great food,Also a plus for this place, valet and plenty of free convenient parking in front of the restaurant!!!!! Thanks again Ruth Chris 💋!

The food and service were excellent from start to finish. The teamwork among the staff was truly impressive and created a seamless and welcoming experience. They were extremely kind to split my kids' meals before they came to the table, and that thoughtful touch added to the enjoyment of the meal by allowing me to fully relax and be present. While the French onion soup was a bit underwhelming, everything else we ordered was notably perfect and exceeded expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.
Noted it was for a birthday in the reservation, then got asked why we were celebrating. The drinks were okay, the dessert that comes with the meal deal is not good. They also don't do anything for a birthday special. The steak and salmon were really good!
Excellent food and service

The prices was reasonable and I love they pay attention to detail when I put in my reservations for my anniversary. They put happy anniversary on both our dessert plates. We both loved the stuffed chicken breast, sweet potatoes casserole, creamy spinach and the au gratin potatoes. We will definitely be coming back again and we enjoyed our service there too.

I was at another restaurant across the street and ended up leaving, walked into this restaurant and was greeted with complimentary valet, and doors opened for me. I then was greeted by a lovely hostess named Christine, with i'm assuming a gentleman who was the manager. I was sat and met with the wonderful server Kara who took my drink order within a minute of me sitting down. Overall experience here was a million times better than the other restaurant and the food was amazing. I got an 11 oz filet, the flavor was incredible, and it was cooked properly. The sides were also very tasty. Kara was amazing and very kind. Thank you Ruth’s Chris and staff for making my night better!

Took my grandmother for her 80th birthday. The staff won my granny over from the moment she step in the door. Everyone greeted her. I wanna thank the staff for making this a special birthday for her. The food was excited. The drinks were amazing too. Everything great!!! Granny asked before we left are we coming back, it's a YES!! For me
Ruth’s Chris Steak House delivered an overall great experience. I would give it 4 stars overall. The filet was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. The stuffed mushrooms were full of flavor, and the sides, especially the potatoes au gratin and asparagus, were a hit. The Old Fashioned was also on point and complemented the meal perfectly. The staff was attentive, professional, and welcoming, which really added to the experience. This was my first time dining here and it definitely won’t be the last.

The food was good, but the service was very inattentive. Requests for additional bread, or a missing salad topping good 10+ minutes to resolve, if ever.
No one came back after we received our food to see if there was anything we needed (like fresh ground black pepper).
I'm not sure it was worth the price point. I think there are other restaurants in that area that are better, and less expensive.

A couple years ago I walked out of Ruth's Chris vowing never to return. Since then my wife convinced me to try them again and I posted some positive reviews. This is not one of those reviews. Last night was perhaps the worst experience we have had at a “premium “ restaurant. We would have received better service and food from Chik-fil-a for a fraction of the price. Our server's demeanor was more suitable for a truck stop than a fine dining establishment. As my wife put it “never have I been made to feel like a second class citizen at a first class place!”. The server was rude, condescending and couldn't figure out our order. After speaking with the manager (who clearly didn't care) we were astonished to learn she had been with Ruth's Chris for more than fifteen years. After watching tables that arrived half an hour after us receive their entrees and sitting with our empty salad dishes in front of us for more than half an hour, our entrees arrived. My steak arrived gray and overcooked. My father's side of potatoes were cold. At this point we were so fed up with the poor service it didn't make sense to complain about the food To cap the evening off, the server chased us down as we were leaving, to complain about the tip we had left her. It was the most APALLING act of brazen gall that I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. We will NEVER return.
