I got a salmon teriyaki bento box and it was not good.
Tempura was really over fried and tasted like old oil. Overall did not seem fresh, almost like they microwaved it.
I did take it to go but I’ve gotten this exact dish at other places much fresher to go before. Salmon was cut super thin. Not worth $25

I was quite surprised by the price and quality of the food. I’m no stranger to Korean food as my wife is from there and has become a staple in our house. The Japanese offerings are quite tasty too. The tuna & salmon sushi we tried was quite fresh was served at near room temperature which is difficult to master. Their main menu provided a wide selection of food including a smaller Korean selection. You can ask for Korean specific menu. I was excited to try their Gam Ja Tung, which is a potatoes & pork stew. It’s a difficult dish to find. While I only tried that, and a fried pork (Sul la tang), and a scattering of side dishes (ban chan) I was delighted on the freshness and taste. It’s my opinion that I consider this authentic Korea-lite. It’s certainly not an Americanized version, but rather a toned down alternative. In short this place is worth a go.

I recently dined at Sapporo and it was an exceptional experience!!!

The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented, but what truly stood out was the service. The owner was incredibly friendly, making sure each guest felt welcome and well taken care of. It’s rare to find such personal attention, and it made the meal feel special. The staff as a whole were attentive and efficient, enhancing the overall dining experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious sushi with outstanding, personalized service!

This is a typical Korean restaurant with delicious sushi. As a Korean, the Korean food tasted not much different from the food I used to eat deliciously in Seoul where I used to live. The meat on the grill was of very good quality, and the sushi and sashimi ingredients were fresh. This is the place I always go when I want to eat Korean food and sushi.

I took my 5 friends for a birthday party and also introduce Japanese Cuisine. One of the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Another staff was not so kind. She couldn’t understand the order perfectly and brought wrong and double orders. After we paid for our dinner and came out , the server come out running and scared us by asking who paid for the food. It was a weird question but when we asked why?? She said the tip is not ENOUGH. We said that for a group of 6 or more the tip is always a part of the bill and we paid additional as a courtesy. Her behavior was very rude. If Sapporo Sushi is using Japanese name and serving Japanese food, THEY SHOULD BE KIND AND PROFESSIONAL LIKE JAPANESE OTHERWISE STOP USING JAPANESE NAME AND SERVING SUSHI. JUST SELL BIBIMBAP!!

Korean cold noodle is disappointing (or maybe just because I’m not used to this style of cold noodle) and Sushi is good.
