Pros are that the food is good and service was efficient. We each had a burger and fries with a drink and shake. Everything was correct, hot and ready to eat. I ordered a seasonal shake, maple snickerdoodle - very tasty! Cons are that the mall can get super busy, which obviously means long lines and limited seating in the food court. Although I’ve only been here once, I read a few reviews complaining about the quality, but I thought it was a typical shake shack experience.

I was not the most satisfied with my first time at this location. The person taking my order wasn't that friendly. (At least say hi or acknowledge someone standing there) Also my order was messed up and had to be remade. The food was good as expected.

This is my second review regarding this establishment. My initial review was in Dec right before Christmas. I was not satisfied with the quality of food and as always may it be good or bad I like to leave reviews.I did get a response from the restaurant which I truly was not expecting but thankful someone cared enough to respond. The second thing is corporate followed up with an email and a $35 credit for me to return to the restaurant in hopes my experience would be better.I was there shopping per usual and decided to use the credit given. Instead of getting in line to order I had to order through the app in order to use the credit so I sat in the lobby and did just that. I received a notification stating my order was ready so I went up to the pickup area asked for my food and was asked to give them a moment. Well 10 mins went by and the young lady finally pulls my food from under the lamp. My fries were hard and the liquid cheese was stiff. I guess my biggest question is “why did I receive a notification that my food was ready but had to wait 10 mins before receiving my food?” So, I give up. I think it’s just not meant for me to eat ate that particular establishment.I appreciate the company for reaching out that was very big on their part!

This was my first snd LAST time visiting shake shack. Not sure why it's policy, but when I inquired as to why my $5.99 shake was not filled to the top like the other beverages, I was told that it was the policy to fill it to the 2nd line from the top. Now, is that because I didn't want any whipped cream? So that means if I chose to have the whipped cream, I would have had less shake..I have NO plans to support this business nor recommend it to friends or family.
