We absolutely loved our experience at Shields. Their food was amazing. Our server, Rich was incredible. A restaurant that cares about their customers as people! We can’t wait to go back.

Shield's pizza is better than Buddy's, just had to say it. We had an excellent server, Richard. He was friendly and funny, really made an effort! I can tell he's probably a local legend. 😃 We were in town for my daughter' hockey game.. we definitely will be back if we are back in this side of town. Loaded pizza was hot and delicious! Highly recommend Shield's!

The pizza was good! We ordered breadsticks and received burnt pizza sauce. Service was terrible! We had to wait until the pizza came out to see our server again. We were then told that there was no way for us to get more pizza sauce because they were out of fresh pizza sauce. We were never asked how anything was, never checked on, no water refills, nothing. I had to go up to the bar to get a cocktail adjusted. Might as well of just got carryout and sat down and ate it there.

By far the best service I have ever received. Rich made me feel right at home and treated me like family. His positive energy is so refreshing and made my day. I have food allergies and he was very empathetic while helping me navigate the menu. I am from out of state but this will be my go-to spot everytime I visit my family. Thank you Rich and the Shields team!!!

Hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner last Thursday night. Amber provided exceptional service and the food was delicious and plentiful. Thank you so much for making sure our event went off exactly as planned.

Our party ordered Steak bites,3 different pizzas and the prime rib dinner. Everything was do delicious. There was not one bad thing to say. Also, our waiter Paul was wonderful. Best service ever.

Music was nice but way too loud to have conversation. We often had to flag down any server to get refills on beverages, extra napkins. Food was fine but next time we'll stick to the pizza, which is usually pretty good.
