This is an order-at-the-counter restaurant, but the menu is very extensive and complex—especially for sushi. Ordering takes time, and with people waiting in line behind you, it feels rushed and uncomfortable. This style of service doesn’t work well for a full sushi menu. Table service or a hybrid system would greatly improve the experience.

We were in on Black Friday, the place had a huge line, but that didn't phase this team. The cashier was doing an amazing job keeping the line, phone and take out orders flowing. You can tell they have a cohesive team that works well. Place was really clean and bussers did a good job of flipping tables. The rolls are amazing, Red Tiger and temp mango were our favorites of the 6 we tried. All were amazing 👏

First time going to Shiromaru I enjoyed classic tonkotsi ramen, Las Vegas rolls, and dumplings. The food came out all together in a timely manner which I was impressed since the venue was crowded and packed. Ordering at the register was a different experience than what I was use too but not a negative. I would come back and say enjoy different dishes

I drive about an hour and everytime it’s literally so worth it. I came during lunch with my fiancé and it was to die for! The food is absolutely delicious. Love the red tonkotsu, excellent with the black garlic sauce! Their sushi’s are insane, the citrus crunch is so yummy and so is their black dragon sushi. Try their gyoza, it’s mixed with pork and chicken and it has a tender feeling on the inside. As well as their shrimp tempura appetizer it’s not oily at all like most restaurants. I also love their jalapeño popper if you like trying new things. It’s stuffed with spicy crab salad. They even have a whole room designed and spend hours to make their own ramen noodles. How crazy is that! They even have an option to make your own ramen for the children. They do not have a kids menu but they do have appetizers fit for kids.
They have a huge selection of drinks, I recommend the mango creamy soda and the large variety of japanese marble drinks they have.
Everybody is very helpful here and cheerful i always see the staff laughing and having fun there. They are so loving and sweet to kids and babies. Even the owner helps his staff during busy times. The food comes out exceptionally fast. Immedietly within mins as to when we sit down. The bussers are so kind even when we need something they stop what they’re doing and help us. Though, when I come here I always want the brown cashier with glasses to take my order whenever she’s working. She’s the sweetest and makes sure i’m always taken care of! My friend had a dairy allergy and she made sure to let every staff know about the allergy, even making sure if it’s a preference or an allergy. Another one of my friends cannot eat pork whatsoever so she guided them on what to pick out, even made sure there was no pork and or pork oil on it whatsoever. She’s definitely the best seeing how crazy she works and how fast she gets orders in. She always gets the long busy line done within minutes. Best table management as well. This is definitely my go to place, everybody is so kind here and always helping even when they’re the upmost busy!!! I do not mind it being busy as their food should have everybody raving about it.
