I went there this past Saturday, 02.22.25. The burgers I ordered did not taste fresh. They tasted very old! Ended up with food poisoning and lost 15 lbs. My autistic son suffered as well. This was torture for him. I can't recommend this place.

2 other cars in bays when we got there, took 50+ minutes for a burger and mozzarella sticks. Food was cold when we got it. Regretfully I left a tip while ordering. This place is a waste of gas and electricity. Just shut it down.

Came here to get my sick girlfriend a nice treat on my way home from work. I came through the drive through around 10pm. When placing my order I started by ordering a small Oreo cheesecake shake, before I could say another word the worker cut me off asking if that was all, I then continued and asked if the shake could be made with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla and was bluntly told that it couldn’t (this is ok if I can’t be done but I feel it didn’t need to be blunt) I then ordered another shake. When picking up the order I asked for a drink carrier which the employee audibly sighed about. When I got home I then learned from my girlfriend that the shake wasn’t even an Oreo cheesecake shake, all that was in the shake was cheesecake bits….very disappointing for a business with a sign out front stating they are under new management that invites people to check them out.

Tried this place many years ago, never came back. I guess for a reason. Dropped by for the fun drink menu. Daughter been wanting to try a dirty dr. Pepper. So i get the #1. Chili cheese tots, chili cheese burrito. Pretzle and couple drinks. Drinks were good. The tots were oily and old.. toppings were rough too. No flavor. Fries were cooked to oblivion.. so dry and crunchy were hard to even chew. The burger was made pretty well as far as presentation goes but one of the most single note burgers ever for a smash burger. We sat and waited about 30 mins for this nonsense.

The lady at the window was rude. Snatched my card from me. When I got my food, both fry containers we literally dumped upside-down in the bag and everywhere. No customer service skills.
ALL the bad reviews are SPOT ON. Don’t go here under any circumstances because the sooner it folds, the quicker it can be replaced.

Ridiculously long wait for lukewarm food. Mobile order was supposed to be ready at 740, didn’t get it until 815, and was missing items. No need to return for this “fast food”, and I suggest you save your time, too

Came to get food at least an hour before dinner time and they were moving extremely slow. When I got my food, the breakfast sandwich was basically cooked for what looked like 15 minutes and was black and un-edible. Everything else was dry and over cooked. Don’t wasted $25 here unless you want to waste your hard earned money on a bunch of goofballs

Waited 17 minutes for a breakfast sandwich with egg that had obviously been sitting for hours. It was completely hard and everything was cold. Went to complain in like but the line was long and saw multiple cars pulling off for a long wait. Don’t waste your time and money.

I wish I could give 0stars. Just left here & when I say I’m pissed; ITS STILL AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! I ordered the #2 with no ketchup & extra mayo & the #3 with no tomato. I asked them to repeat my order back & they did, only to put KETCHUP ON THE #2 & tomatoes on the #3. Also, the employee was very rude at the drive thru & just starred at us while unlocking my card in my phone. Didn’t bother giving us at least our drinks until after the payment was processed, then slammed the window. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!!!
