We got 2 cherry lime, made the drinks, they’re not adding the cherry or the lime anymore, and this is not the first time!!! if you don’t have all the components to make a drink, you need to let people know. Don’t just charge them for nothing
Unfortunate experience tonight as I’ve come here multiple times traveling from Canada. I must have had a bad experience because I came at night time and the kid working drive thru does not care about anyone’s experience or how he treats the guests that come to this place.
Pulled up to the menu board dec 1st, around 9pm, I was told to wait a minute, ended up waiting 15minutes. Went around to drivethru instead and told to wait again by the same kid. Waited another 5minutes just to order, so I said hello, hello, hello, eventually the guy on headset says “ DID I NOT TELL YOU A MINUTE” I said “ correct I been waiting 10.” He proceeds to say “ I WAS DEALING WITH A CUSTOMER, WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU” I’m sorry but I work in customer service and seeing multiple cars leave including myself is sad(sad for the company at least paying these people)the kid was wearing a hat, curly hair with a short curly bun.
Will not be returning as my money will be better spent elsewhere. Unfortunate for all the others who had left because of this poor kids customer service. Shame. You know this place is bad when it’s got multiple complaints and all the manager does is direct you to corporate. Shame haha.

Spent an hour for mid food, waste of time and absolute joke of a place first time and last time trying, how the drive through line was looping around the entire parking lot is amazing to me.

Drive thru took 45 minutes with two cars in front of me, order was wrong and I got food poisoning, called the next day to warn them about possible getting someone else sick and they didn't seem to care about me or them, sorry bad management, will never return ever, please don't eat here.

You need this serve the milk shakes with a spoon and the fries weren’t very hot. The burger was amazing and the shake was awesome! Thank you!

If I could leave a zero I would. Sonic is my go to for a snack or something to drink, but this location is awful Sat for over 20 minutes waiting for a pick up AFTER the expected time of it being ready. I watched two employees sit outside this entire time, and I assume they were the only ones working as I couldn’t see anyone inside and only ever saw the two men. On top of that, I called to check in, see what’s wrong, 3 times the phone went unanswered. It wasn’t a big order. Corn dog, 12 motz sticks, and a drink. When I went through the drive thru I was immediately met with attitude both at the speaker and the window by two different employees. “We’re short staffed what do you want me to do about it” etc. I understand being short staffed, but they were not busy whatsoever and with at least 3 people there you can offer better service. At the very least you can be kind. Spent over 40 minutes trying to get a couple small items. Terrible service, and cold rubbery food, do not recommend wasting your time with this location

We waited in line for 45 mins or more just for 2 mini ice cream blasts, a rootbeer and a milkshake.There was only 2 people working and they moved so slow like no care in the world and when i asked the kid if i can please have a drink carrier he was mad about it.. But either this location needs more staff, or better staff. We would have left but wr ordered it online so we had already paid, plus im pregnant and was craving it but i cant even believe how slow it was, many cars ended up.leaving because of the wait.

Worst customer service ever. Waited more than 40 minutes for mobile order and no one came out to give us our food. We went to drive-thru to ask about why it's taking so long and the person at the speaker asked about stall # and then didnt even apologize for the long wait and said 'pull around'. I was so upset I just asked the refund and didnt want the food anymore and he mumbled something over the speaker so we kept asking what he said and he would not answer us. What a joke. Never visiting this location again. We just left without getting our food.

Almost Every time I order on the app I wait 20+ minutes for no one to even come outside and I have to go to the drive thru speaker to tell them about my order they forgot about and they seem like I’m inconveniencing them. And when I get the food it seems like it’s been sitting on the counter since I ordered

service sucks, make you feel rushed, and you pull into the carports for no reason, they dont even bring your food to you they still make you pull into the drive thru so the whole sonic experience is pretty much dead now, tried taking my kid to experience it, there was nothing to experience except rudeness.. unfortunate
