They don’t leave the sleeves out for your coffee and so you have to ask for it every time but they’re always busy and get annoyed that you’re asking. Just leave them out…..heeelllloooo

Had to leave $25 worth of coffee to make an appointment. Did not notice mobile order would take 28 minutes to make-my bad. Have never had a mobile order take anywhere near that long.

I heard the employees talking about my order. Laughing about me. Using my name with me standing there waiting for my online order. I rather drive 15 minutes down the road to another Starbucks. I felt awkward picking up my drinks.

I come to this Starbucks almost every day, and while I do enjoy the drinks, the service could definitely be better. Not all the employees greet me or acknowledge me when I walk in, which can feel a bit disappointing and sometimes they can actually be very rude. Like if I ask for another cup or a stopper they seem to get annoyed and I just don't appreciate that as I am a paying customer almost everyday!! Another issue is the music—it can sometimes be too loud, making it hard to focus or study. I keep coming back because I like the coffee and some of the employees, but the atmosphere and consistency in service could use some improvement.

As a regular, I have gotten to know the workers and the vibe of this starbucks well. I am always greeted when I come in, and my drink is always on time and ready. Hands down favorite Starbucks to visit.

Ordered tall cappucino and a cheese danish "for here" and sat right across the ordering counter. First the cappucino is dropped off at the far end of pickup counter in a "to go" cup. Then after waiting, for the cheese danish - approached the counter and asked if it is ready - told it is getting ready. After a while I approached again and was told it was dropped off at the pickup counter.

I decided to dine-in after a long time hoping to get a plate and a cup like a normal cafe. Guess I should have used the drive-thru as usual - atleast I get all my orders in one-go in my hands. Will never make this mistake of dining-in starbucks again. Did not expect it has deteriorated to this extent.

No bacon on my bacon gouda sandwich and the coldfoam on my drink was not even covering the whole drink this is why I don’t come to starbucks anymore.

Went through Drive-Thru. I can't remember the employee who took my order, but they were very helpful. I always get a double chocolate chip frappucino with almond milk/no whip cream. They didn't have the chips that day, but the person helping me offered to instead make the frappucino without the chips. I got that, and I liked it better than I do with the chips. The person working the window was very friendly as well! From pulling into the line and leaving with my order took less than 5 minutes.

Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy restriction, and they swapped it out for almond milk, but there are other options too!

This Starbucks is consistently disappointing. When you walk into the business no one greats you and no one is manning the front register. Instead, employees are focused on orders that have been placed ahead or at the window. It took me 18 minutes to get one latte after I ordered in the store. Their drinks are also never properly mixed, forcing me to use a straw to stir my own drink. I stayed nearby for a work trip and visited here daily; not one time was a positive experience. Please do something to instill better customer service and better drinks!

I frequently go through the drive through of this location on my way to work. They are very quick, even when I haven’t ordered ahead. The staff taking drive through orders and at the pickup window are so friendly but still efficient!
