This used to be my favorite location due to how friendly the staff was. That was until my last visit. The employees were extremely rude and dismissive. Idk what happened to the friendly employees at this location.

I just came from there. I went to get a drink for me and my sister before picking her up from school. Not only did I wait in line like 15 minutes, but once I finally get my drinks, first one she hands me looks fine. Then the second one looks foamy. I didn’t think anything of it. When I leave from the drive thru and pickup my sister from school, we start drinking, and naturally I took the foamy one. It literally tasted like soap. And now I have lingering taste and pain in my stomach. What was that for? For not leaving a tip? After waiting 15 minutes in line? If you’re the manager there, you need to get control of the situation. I don’t know the name of the person that handed me the drink, or if even she made it. But this can’t happen to all your customers just for not leaving tips. What if I gave that drink to my sister?

Great location but this is yet another Starbucks that is displaying a pride flag.
It is too bad so many Starbucks feel like they have to get involved with causes. I cannot spend my money here any more than I could spend it at a business displaying a Harris or Trump flag.
Please stop displaying this flag and getting involved with political and social causes. Surely you must know that when you do things like this you are alienating a portion of your customer base.
Please get out of politics and just sell your delicious coffee.

I’m not exaggerating when I say my visit on Tuesday, September 16th was one of the best I’ve had. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel, and it was honestly the best iced coffee I’ve ever tasted. I’ve been to quite a few different Starbucks locations, but this one really stood out. The drink was made perfectly and the service was just as impressive. The man working at the drive-thru window was incredibly kind and friendly. Big thanks for making my day! :)

I have literally never had a good cup of coffee from the Starbucks in my entire life.
JORDANNNNNNNNNN! All I can say is this specific location is top tier. Jordan is the absolute best. Always going above and beyond. They have the most pleasant employees who always brighten my day. The accuracy of how my drink is made every morning is always perfect. They are so kind and sweet when I bring my dog for her pup cups, no matter how busy they are.
