Barista at Macys Starbucks was very rude. Forced me to buy something just to get a free cup of water. Not helpful at all.

MEANEst GIRL!! Went on a Sunday and girl with a mask gave me attitude when I asked for a drink I ORDERED COLD remade because she was wrong and made hot. She gave me and mean look and said I didn’t order . Don’t go here barista doesn’t know

Loved the remodeling of this Starbucks! Was warmly welcomed by Adrian & Ava! They were able to quickly grasp and accommodate the modifications of our drinks accordingly, we even bought some accessories. Everything came out delicious and my friends from out of town were very pleased with the service. Definitely returning to this location again, Adrian & Ava were phenomenal and truly made quite the impression!

I used to buy an Americano from this store, but I noticed something strange. When I ordered a cup of water, it had an unusual taste or smell, which made me suspect the water quality was affecting the coffee. My Americano didn’t taste the same as those from other stores, so I stopped getting coffee here. Now, before coming here for a walk, I get my coffee from stores outside the mall instead.

They have a great locations. Workers after super friendly and orders come out fast. The place is kept clean and they actually have amazing couches you can enjoy your order and have a chat.

Comically slow. There's like 10 online order drinks on the table while people wait over 20 minutes for an iced coffee.

I think it's more of a staffing problem...the one person working there seems to be working nonstop.

I frequent this particular Starbucks, and every staff member are always awesome, couteous. I would like to give a shout out to these two ladies. AMANDA L. and Robin, you ladies are the best, always grinding, and making people smile. Just that little bit goes a long way. Keep doing what you do, hope you 2 make it big, whether corporate status, or elsewhere. I thank you for making peoples days and my day better even it’s for one second.

If this place is so good, then how come I got diarrhea after drinking four double expresdo shots?????? Tasted great and staff was nice about it, but this ain't ever happened to me before and I had to shell out $50 for some fancy underwear from this department store just to get everything back under wraps

$6 bucks for a cappuccino and my cup is 2/3’s empty. Tried calling and no one answers the phone.

I just visited the Starbucks inside of the Somerset Mall and just know that’ll I’ll never return, the person taking my order was rude and rushing and I’m pretty sure that I paid for 2 large lemonades and received 2 small ones. She dropped my change on the counter and instead of handing it to me she looked at me and said nothing but have a good day. The polite thing to do would have been to apologize and pick it up and hand it to a customer. The place was also not very clean, the counter where you pick up your order was sticky and dirty and my 8 year old dropped his straw on the counter and after seeing how dirty the counter was he refused to use it although it was in paper. Please speak with the employees before you lose customers. I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks but this one I won’t return to.
