i’ve been going to this starbucks with my mom for years! the baristas are always super nice and very quick making drinks. the drive thru does get backed up on weekend days sometimes but that is expected as most people have the day off, however the drive thru still moves at a decent pace despite there being so many people which i find impressive! i always the love the breakfast sandwiches too and i recommend their other sandwiches like the ham and swiss or the turkey and pesto absolutely delicious and if they have any avocado spread it’s definitely worth trying with the sandwiches as well!

The employees at this location truly go above and beyond for their customers! Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Meaghan who turned a stressful situation into an stress-free and joyful one. She went above and beyond to listen to me and help me all while maintaining a positive attitude and smile on her face. All workers at the time I was there today (Meaghan, Amanda, and Sophie) were hard at work while keeping the environment friendly and professional. They shared laughs and smiles with all customers while never missing a beat and getting everyone’s coffee/drinks/snacks to them in a quick and convenient manner. When I asked for their names because I wanted to give them a shout-out on this platform they were all incredibly humble and said they didn’t need the recognition or praise at all, they just simply were happy and fulfilled with the knowledge that they made a customers day. These small things really add up and these ladies deserve some recognition for their dedication to making every customers experience a positive one!

I walked into this particular Starbucks this morning at 11:30. I could tell the staff was busy so I waited patiently. However as every server in the cafe walked right by me without acknowledging me, I thought that was poor service. Even if one of the servers simply greeted me and said they would be with me momentarily, I would have waited longer. But when you get treated as you are invisible, my best response was simply to leave.
