Worse location . This is the second time that they give me half full drink. The first time I just mentioned it and I wasn't even reimbursed anything. Today i get a latte it felt light but with the snow I just wanted to get to work. I open it as soon is I got to the office and sure enough was more than quarter empty I took a picture and spoke to Audrey. She said to come in to show her the picture and they will do something about it without even apologizing. Really? You need a prove? This is your customer service for expensive drinks? I will come and show you the picture since it wont let me ubload it and show that I wasn't lying .

The strawberry açaà that I ordered is so watered down is barely looks pink. The last time I ordered it, it was almost 100% ice with a few dried strawberries, so this time I ordered less ice. So I received a well watered down drink. Always a long wait, but Staff is friendly. I need to just forego this place. But I keep hoping…

i’ve been going to this starbucks with my mom for years! the baristas are always super nice and very quick making drinks. the drive thru does get backed up on weekend days sometimes but that is expected as most people have the day off, however the drive thru still moves at a decent pace despite there being so many people which i find impressive! i always the love the breakfast sandwiches too and i recommend their other sandwiches like the ham and swiss or the turkey and pesto absolutely delicious and if they have any avocado spread it’s definitely worth trying with the sandwiches as well!
