My order was fine here, however the app never said that my order was ready, and the staff never called my name, so my coffee sat a long while before I knew it was ready. The place was really busy, so no one tended tables and they were sticky and crumby, and the floor was dirty. Not my favorite Starbucks experience.

Staff is rude and dismissive. They’re selective about who order they put a rush on. They show favoritism to certain customers but is very cold and unwelcoming to others. I’ve given three tries and each time their customer service is getting worse. Today was the last straw. A new crew is needed at this
