I was over charged. I ordered 2 large drinks they gave me 2 medium drink. I ordered chocolate cake pop. It seemed like they opened a box and gave us 1 from that bag. I wonder if it was fresh or it was already ready to be thrown in trash! I don't trust their service!!

The lady at the checkout is very sweet and kind. I made the line with a newborn and a 3 year old and forgot to ask for a cup of water. So when I got my drinks I asked for a cup of water and the lady told me that I had to make the line again. Seriously?? For a cup of water and I just ordered?? I wasn’t asking for another drink, just WATER. I’ll never come back here.

I waited in line for around 30 minutes to be “welcomed” by the barista named Fabiha who not to mention was very rude and rolled her eyes when I asked to change the size of my drink! The baristas were very slow and I almost waited another half an hour before receiving my order. I ordered a venti iced white mocha latte with oat milk and whipped cream with cinnamon powder ON TOP and got it with it mixed in with no whipped cream. Very disappointed, will not be coming back any time soon. The starbucks downstairs in the lobby was much better and I received my proper order from happy baristas.

Came at 5:53pm Oct 2, they close at 6pm, for just a coffee, and staff wouldn't let me in line and said the lady in front is the last guest because it might go past 6pm. Wth that's not how business works, I came before closing and also a coffee takes less than 10 seconds to pour and they have to stay past 6pm anyways to clean up so why is she acting like at exactly 6pm she's instantly gone from there. Bad employees

They don’t have anything in this store. No refreshers. No croissants. NOTHING. I used to love this Starbucks, but now i am mad. I am having a bad day now. Do not recommend.

Was ordering my normal drink: Venti iced white mocha with sweet cream foam and add Carmel drizzle. At first they charged me $6.25 then another worker came up and whispered in the cashiers ear and she deleted my drink and added a “TikTok” drink to it charging me $8.50. I asked her what it was for and she proceeded to not answer after I told her the drink isn’t from TikTok it’s my normal drink I ordered and was told how to order it from a Waterford employee. Wouldn’t take it off and charged me $8.50 for my normal drink: 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE BECAUSE THEY CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE. ALSO I DONT HAVE TIKTOK. The person who made my drink was fabulous but sorry the other think this is a TikTok drink lol.
Starbucks inside Macy's at the Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan is faster wait time than going to the other 2 inside the mall.

It seems like they get attitudes When you order drinks and modify them , I work here at macys and I don’t feel the customer service at all. That’s why I go to the Starbucks downstairs usually.
