My drink was made in the wrong size, I waited 15 minutes for it, it’s 8 people working only two people making drinks. Customer services needs work. They completed a large order before the people in store orders. Not going back

Like this place, on my way to work. But very disappointed every time i order Coffee with “Caramel Sea salt mike foam” they never rich creamy and foaming enough! Feel like dishwasher bubbles!

I regularly come in this store to study and I’ve never had a bad experience until recently, but for the past month or two there’s been this guy playing games loud on his phone and making it really hard to concentrate or do any work. I’ve also seen him argue with customers too, honestly the smell he has alone is enough for me to leave. I asked an employee about him and she said that he’s given them issues before, I hope something gets done about this but until then I will unfortunately have to find a new Starbucks.
I was at the store just yesterday and was having trouble with my mobile order, Allyson the barista was so helpful and so kind and patient. I normally don’t write reviews but she was such a helpful young woman and I hope to see more people like her in customer service. Thank you Allyson!
