Server ghosted us half way through meal as they were serving a big party. There was other wait staff standing around - went to them to inquire on server status - one came over and assisted, another finally brought our bills. Then another long wait for to be able to pay our bills to leave. Server should have turned our table over to another server when duties started with large group. Food was delicious and plentiful.

Our group has dinner here monthly. We get great service and they do not mind preparing separate checks. At this dinner we noticed that the salads have been reduced in size, but still good.

When making reservations that never said Easter was a buffet no menu . The food wasnt kept fresh, or even replaced at all. Very cold and un tasteful. The waiters were very nice an helpful.

I took my adult kids for Easter Brunch. We were seated right away, however the line for the buffet was absolutely ridiculous. We waited in line for at least 40 minutes, all while hovering over other tables of folks trying enjoy their meal. The line was wrapped around the restaurant. We were constantly having to get out of the way for the wait staff, and diners trying to get back to their table with their food. Fortunately the food was good, but over-packing the restaurant made it a horrible experience.

Went for Easter brunch and lines for Buffett were ridiculously long. I think they over booked, wait time standing in Buffett over 30 minutes. Would not go back on days when serve buffet.

We enjoyed the Easter Sunday Buffet - came early so no long lines at the food tables. Brie took great care of us. The guys at the crepe and omelet bars were amazing

Food was really good and prices. Child friendly. Service was slow matinee bc we came near closing. They appear to have a really good brunch
First and last time we will try this place. We got take out. I asked for my salmon well done and it was raw and mushy on the inside. The Caesar salad dressing plain. The ribs were extremely extremely dry, my husband couldn't even eat them. The spinach dip was okay. All in all spent $50 to eat bread and some chips.

I just want to say that Grand Tavern ruined my valentines completely. My boyfriend and I had a reservation for 8:15 and we didn’t get seated till 8:50 understandably because of valentines. After sitting there for 15 minutes, jack our server came to the table and took our drinks down. When he returned with our drinks we gave him our appetizer and dinner request. We received our greasy appetizer then 20 minutes later our soup and salad. At 9:40 he came to our table and said that he was going to check on our food. He came back 10 minutes later and said it would be a 10 minute more on our wait. At that time I explained to Jack that we had another reservation at 10 and that we would like to speak to a manager. He stated that the manager was in the kitchen and that he was informed by the manager that he would not be able to come out and speak with anyone due to him cooking in the back. All those that were seated after us were served and left before we got our appetizers. The service was horrible and we were still charged for everything after he stated that we would only be charged for our drinks. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. Walk ins at the bar got there food faster than us and we sat there nearly 2 hours in the same building. Never going back, not recommending, and giving the lowest rating possible.

My waitress was terrible, she didn’t come check in on us. I waited 45mins and just got dessert to go. The food is good, Great Chef but this waitress was terrible. She was in the back in the kitchen just looking out but refuse to check on guest Her name began with a C I think. Terrible I won’t be back. I had 3 boxes no bag. This really pissed me off.
